Beautiful Loser

Thank you for telling me, I've been wondering for so long! It wasn't that hard, haha...
I'm glad you liked them. ( ^ - ^ )

I sat in the grass a little while as the sun was setting and doodled this, I think' I'll try to finish it this week/weekend. It's Lana the Witch in a manga inspired look because I don't know how to draw humans without a real reference picture and I've always drawn manga so.
Sorry for the blue quality, that was just how my phone wanted to take it.

I'm sorry, I just don't get the "Change" hate. The lyrics are really good, and it reveals a lot about why she's been kind of silent about social things (other than the environment) ["who am I to sympathize when no one gave a damn"]. I don't think it should be a single, but it's gorgeous to me, and I've been longing for a soft and simple piano ballad from her. 
 
And I don't think she's trying to be "woke." I just think the entire album is a meditation on her position as a public figure and the complexities of being that in a polarizing political climate. She's also recognizing that we're all desensitized to everything because we're exposed to everything all day long via the internet. She's not telling us what to do or who to be; she's just describing the world around us and how she's placed in it. It totally contrasts with the upper echelon and safe bubble she was always so concerned with and trying to escape in her prior work. It's actually really fascinating...especially from her...to me, at least.

I'm stressing about the exam so I just came here for a few minutes to dump this, hehe.
Pop art inspired Lana portrait I made 2013 I think and a more recent one from a few months ago. I only have traditional tools to work with and 99.9% of the time I draw in black and white. Nothing exciting about that.   I messed up her finger in the colorful portrait, I slipped with the brush... and I forgot to paint her neck. Sigh.
I plan on trying to draw more of her this summer. And other things too, I haven't drawn in such a long time now. I gotta keep my skills, hehe.
Someone, please teach me how to do the spoiler thingy (thank you @Lust4Life!) these pictures are just too big. Sorry about that.

Management: Okay, we've rush released Love and now we're starting the era early. We're thinking release the album end of March/beginning of April, just after we release the collab with The Weeknd and get some hype going. What do you think Lana?

Lana: Hi, my phone flew out of my car window whilst I was Instagram living me and Chuck driving to some 70s jazz. Do any of you guys have the 8mm app on your phone? I need to add the XPro filter to this 20 second clip of me miming to this new track that didn't make the album and Instagram it for the kids.
