I really hope Lana does something Nirvana/Grunge inspired sometime in her career. I'm alright with the direction she's taking with NFR but it's not my favorite.

Aw this is amazing, for some reason this makes me rly happy. Like sure Lana creates music for herself before everything but I'm sure this kind of things is exactly why she chooses to put it out in the world, like imagine as an artist what it would feel like to have complete strangers vibe and relate to something you've made yourself and how something that has a signification to you the creator becomes something equally as beautiful but very different in the mind of someone else... This is so simple and all in all banal like just listening to her when going to uni but because it's so simple and deeply human I'm sure it would make her very happy. I'm sure of it 

the comments on that IG POST says a lot actually, this album WILL be indeed chronological and cohesive, because in MARINERS APARTMENT COMPLEX, she focuses on "believing that people can change", and now, several tracks later, she realises not everyone deserves that chance.

honestly one of the most "fun" things to do the last few eras is sacrafice your sleep schedule to see if lana decides to do some crack and post a random ass snippet of a song from 10-2am only for her to delete it 16hrs later

I get it that Lana decided to release the album next year bc of the poetry book but does someone else also think that... the book will not come? lmao don't get me wrong but after she said she was gonna self release it I have a strange feeling in my gut that this book won't come, at least not anytime soon

I actually hope for a new photographer for the album cover .. PLEASE NO CHUCK PLEASE PLEASE.. ugh always hoping for Steven ...... plus the name Norman Rockwell .. like that dude is iconic for his art so I’m def hoping for amazing visuals ! God I hope she has something amazing up her sleeve

the cover must be textless and in black and white. or maybe light tones. i would love something like the Mac cover but she needs to be prepared or something i dont want a “just woke up” selfie as an album cover.

I think it’s because she’s not worrying about the radio or pleasing anyone else’s wants from her. She’s making music for herself again and I think that’s the best decision she’s made recently instead of trying to make music for her fans, which LFL was for her fans more than for herself. Which is why she had more fun with it. This one seems a little more personal and meaningful to her, which may be why some tracks she’s only showing snippets of, she may be unsure of that track’s future, depending on what it means to her
