​Change is an answer song to Born to Die/Ride and is as loud as Bruce & the E-Street Band in Lana's own way.
​And it is perfect. Would love to see Bruce do it full E-street band way, in the same way Simon's Sounds of Silence has been done by Disturbed.

Perhaps one can say the early Beatles were Silly love songs.

One has to remember Beatles drove off all the teenage idols from America (especially the Dick Clark bandstand pretty boys like Avalon and Fabian and Bobby Rydell etc. and there was a reason Beatles were the most popular over the other lesser Beatles imitators.

Ultraviolence and Honeymoon are on the same level imo. I can’t believe she delivered a masterpiece after the other. And then we got Lust for Life.. which I love but is not even close to how beautiful and cohesive her previous works are

YAY MY FIRST PRE-PRE RELEASE THREAD!!! I'm cool with her have more emotional range (not just depressed bops tho I love those) but I'd rather not have JUST happy songs either. I want the album to be kinda like a cohesive storyline with ups and downs. I'm hopeful for this album

As far as we know Lana hasn't had a boyfriend since writing for her last album? Wondering if this will be the first album we get without some dude influencing her writing process (obviously besides the prominent old flames). I hope not though, she still has to throw in a few White Mustangs\in my feelings to keep it interesting.
