Random idea for a LDR9 trailer if insiders are right about this being a transition record + some fan speculation is right about it being called Death Never Came:
 
Imagine the trailer is almost reminiscent of Ride’s music video: a monologue about the progression of her life playing in the background, tons of nostalgic supercuts from past eras, etc. 
 
The background instrumental would be a haunting and cinematic medley of BTD-LFL-DNC. You can even hear a few muffled, breathy words from the tracks peppered in occasionally. She ends the monologue with some impactful line, like, “After praying for its embrace for 36 years, I woke up to finally realize…that death never came.”
 
And then there’s this abrupt shift to only the DNC aesthetics with the title track playing fully in the background. The dark, deeply personal emotions that were felt earlier are now met with more lighthearted ones: Lana swimming on a North Cali beach, dancing with friends on the shore, etc. The era has begun.

I'm really excited as well cause even with Chemtrails and BB we got snippets very early on, months before (formally) announcing the album (TJF when it was still WHF and that BB teaser with Clay) so I'm sure there's something special about the next thing and the silence surrounding it.
She's not even teasing the poetry book (after posting the Sylvia... poem like 80 times more than a year ago )
She has been probably working on LDR9 since even before finishing BB and if they were already mixing the Jack songs and finishing the Drew ones it has to be coming (and the fact that she hasn't posted a single snippet makes me think she's going to just announce it out of the blue when it's ready).
If there's one thing NFR taught us is that she's definitely going to post a whole song as soon as she leaves the studio with it on a pendrive to plug it on her car radio  so I don't think she's containing herself this time for nothing 
 

Truly looking forward to the meltdowns when Lana drops Rock Candy Sweet on June 1st like she has already announced (our girl was just wrong about the year) 
 

okay basically unrelated but I had a dream last night that she dropped an EP completely silently and it had only four tracks. also one of the tracks was named "." 
like just a period. iconic.

Imagine each song on the album explains DNC in a different way so we're left with tons of valid options LOL

this has probably been mentioned before but death never came would actually be a great title for an album! it could be seen as a trilogy to born to die and lust for life - they’re all a reference on life and death. like… look at them next to each other. born to die, lust for life, death never came. lana would never do this serve…

So this year's MET gala theme is "In America: An Anthology of Fashion" - basically part II of last year's theme. Dress code is "gilded glamour"
I'm not an  American, so i might not understand how it should be to be considered as "In America" but I really think this is another playground for Lana & this is her chance to have another wholesome 2018 MET moment again - since she had proved her knowledge of the American culture throughout her past eras. It'll be a shame if she isn't invited this year.
