I really hope that its blue oyster cult (cos they're amazing) but I don't hear it either but accept it since my research shows nothing for blue oyster clove.. lol all I found was this: Bluebelly/blue.bell.y./n./ 1. a slang term for meth/amphetamine and that there is something called "Blue Sky" meth candy you can make that seems to include oysters?? idk thats a weird part of the internet
 
Also off topic but I saw this Daytona500= Meth. I didn't know that! Also, Roses is slang for Amphetamine so that might give us some help with the song "Roses" and "Bel Air" but it may just mean Roses haha. And then in Carmen she mentions White Lightening and that's slang for Hallucinogens. There could very well be double meanings as I was going through this list and seeing that she's used quite a bit of them lmao. Kept seeing Ketamine referred to as K and Special K but I really think it's an actual person

OH Florence + The Machine is a big one.. I like a few songs, i.e. Cosmic Love, Hit With a kiss, seven devils but I'm just not a huge fan of her overall sound/style of singing

One I can remember was me, Chuck, and manbait or whatever their friend's name is were at target. and for some reason we were putting up lana promotional displays like we worked there and chuck was telling me secrets of the new album and chuck was mad because she sang most of the vocals on the new album but lana was getting the credit. lmao

No matter how many Lana interviews I read, I will never ~get~ her.. she is a very odd person. The things she says and her actions are just weird to me. But I guess that's why she's so interesting. I really wish she would stop acting so uppity though, I could picture her turning up her nose when talking about authenticity.

Well, back when I had my Lana tumblr I stalk​ed looked through myspace for pictures of Lana. I was the one who found them on Nick Fowler's myspace. He's also friends with Arthur Lynn. (honestly thought get drunk was about them for a while..oh and also reeve and van) Actually, Lizzy's pictures are still on Nick's main website, he's a musician. He also has reallllly weird pictures of naked women in his apartment being filmed..it's really strange. I won't make any assumptions yet, but yeah. + Nick is a very common name, coulda been sumone else

I should also say that Fiona really hates the Criminal video and didn't want that to be her big hit, so if that's all you know of her definitely look into her other stuff.  The record label wanted her to be more like Alanis Morrisette and after Tidal Fiona completely did what she wanted.. (therefore, Tidal is v different from her other albums) she didn't want her career to become something based on a corporation or something she didn't believe in, I suppose.  I mean, look at those gaps in between her albums.  She has so much control over her music..look at the titles of her albums- "When the Pawn" set the record for longest album title, with 90 words. (She even shot the cover art for 'Extraordinary Machine' and drew the cover, a self portrait, for 'The Idler Wheel') In 2005, Epic wasn't going to release Extraordinary Machine because there wasn't a hit song on it.. but it mysteriously leaked online and actually got radio play and they were pretty much forced to. She basically has a label as a means to get her work widely distributed but it seems like there is always some sort of problem w/ releases, like apparently they backed out of promotion w/ "Dull Tool" which was used in the movie This is 40
 
Anyway, I am sad that it will probably be years til we get more stuff from her, especially because of what just happened at the Louis Vuitton show, but quality over quantity.

haha you're very astute. I think this is also a case of her over obsessing about authenticity.. like sometimes she acts like she doesn't care and sometimes she builds these back stories or ..whatever to make her lyrics personal/ have a deeper meaning.  She's the strangest person I've ever not known lol

I was actually born in the same hospital on the same day as Lana We mingled in the NICU! I remember..even as a baby, she had a very melodic cry. So I guess you could say I've been a fan of her since day 1 !!! 

I REALLY want a knock off version of this longchamp x jeremy scott bag if any of u know of any!! I'd rather have a traveling tote though
