We are not ‘butt hurt’. Being butt hurt implies that we are unjustifiably upset, and obviously we have every reason to be.
If she were so devastatingly sick, I doubt that she didn’t know earlier. Cancelling last minute and completely disappearing is plain rude.
No one is blaming her for being sick (which we are not sure of anyway), we are reprimanding how she handled the situation. But it’s ok, I was like you, I used to be in denial refusing to admit when she did anything wrong and I’m assuming that you’re not as affected by the cancellation as many of us are

So my story is:
I had flown into Paris specifically for the concert. Coming from a ‘3rd world country’ I had spent weeks preparing papers to apply for a VISA + booking hotel rooms and tickets in the context of a new economical crisis in the country.
But i was worth it. I was going to see Lana again after so many years (Last time was in 2013 when she came to my country)
And I was SO damn excited. I didn’t care that her shows were lazy and that her voice wasn’t the best lately. I just wanted to SEE her, to be in the same space as her, to watch her move
I was listening to her music nonstop for months to express my excitement
 
And then this happens. It was like a slap in the face. I was so heartbroken.
Not just bc it was cancelled but I’m heartbroken because I lost all the admiration I had for her. I don’t idolize her anymore. But I think i needed this to happen because my obsession was getting out of hand.

Exactly and I need to find a way to accept this because I am still so damn disappointed. I know a casual fan who's really annoyed at how it's being handled - he picked up on the whole 'not being properly addressed' thing right away. With her having so many eyes on her recently I just kind of hope that no one in the media looks too much into this. Essentially ghosting your fans for a week after cancelling a whole leg of the tour isn't a good look, no matter how you look at it.

Yeah good apology Lana and nice for the people who are going to Lolla etc but that has nothing to do with my canceled show

So because you think her eyes say she's struggling we're not allowed to complain that our shows got cancelled. Okay.

Thank God I'm not a sassy homosexual man otherwise I mightve said the only doctor she's recently spoken to about her health was her plastic surgeon

im so for her i adore her but i dont believe a word that comes out of her mouth anymore lmao. i doubt you can make up for the flights and the time off work and the hotel stays ?? not entirely her fault but i DOUBT she only knew she wouldnt be able to perform when it was announced im sorry but nope

If that were the case, it's a bit ironic that one of the few shows she didn't cancel in Europe is the Italian one.

I was starting to believe she's facing some kind of mental illness, or is experiencing a depressive episode (even if it had been caused by not being able to perfom due to a physical condition). It was the only thing in my eyes that justified this absolute silence from everyone, probably due to personal shame and respect and privacy for her situation. I mean, all people around her (Rob, Chuch, Sean) are posting on social media like nothing happened, so she can't be THAT bad - I hope. She (or above all, her team) were perfectly capable of taking 10 minutes of their time to type or record a message adressing the issue for everyone to see, instead of that cheap pre-made commercial email sent to the venue and then to the ticket buyers. 
I just can't understand... The context in which this happened and the apparent normal behavior last week followed by this sudden disappearance ever since leaves me no plausible excuses for this behavior. I'm trying to be kind because I still love her a lot, but I can't say I'm not dissapointed and hurt by this, and I wasn't even attending this leg.

Since the Corona-Virus (Covid-19) epidemic has reached some parts of Europe and some people have died (and many contaminated) , 
perhaps she is afraid of catching the virus ?
