Halsey fans are usually 12 years old or under and have no interests in reading, much less poetry. So I'm not shocked there. It's sad that S & S are doing such a great roll out for Halsey's book and barely doing anything for Lana's.

Imagine if she drops the lead single the day before the album drops and only gives us the album artwork & tracklist.... would be truly iconic all of us basically going into this record blind. I hope it’s incredible

i mean, she spent most of her career stick thin (borderline unhealthily so, some of those 2011/2012 pics are a little eyebrow raising). and, she quit smoking in the last year and a half or so (weight gain is a common side effect). and she's also thirty five. 
 
we're so used to be her being notably skinny that the second she gains a few pounds and looks less like a supermodel and more like a regular person, people think she's suddenly fat. which is wack af sorry

i swear to god if people don't shut up about her weight!!!!!!

idk, you bring up Jennifer Hudson and Adele as examples, both of whom had been big girls for a relatively long time (which of course exacerbates the health risks associated with being overweight)
 
whereas lana has always been skinty and honestly still is, relatively speaking - she has just put on some weight recently

I love how she looks with her lashes and eyeliner. It's nice to see she's trying. She looks happy in the video. She's proud this is finally coming out.
