Honeymoon is Lana's best album.

It's not the first instance of Lana revering questionable characters (Elvis), but I really fucking hate this deification of Lennon. A self admitted abuser of women, mocker of the disabled, cruel father. Self admitted. He's told us what a piece of shit he was, and still he's worshipped for speaking out in the name of love and peace. Really looking forward to her getting over this era...

yeah honestly Lana has been kinda lazy while performing and singing...these days maybe it's because she's been going thru stuff idk I don't get joy looking up her latest performances because I can't hear much emotion or effort in her voice, I miss when she used to experiment with her vocals going really low at certain parts and then screaming out a high note in the climax it was so intoxicating to hear nowadays it's all in that mid range kinda airy voice and it takes any emotion and power out of the song for me

that mess is literally one of the worst oscar winning disney songs ever also idina's voice sounds like she has a constant nose bleed or smth. other disney songs can't relate.

I like the line "it's not easy it's trigonometry" even tho I hate trigonometry

I love it. The guitar, the drum, the lyrics I mean, the chorus is pretty repetitive but it’s not a turnoff for me. It’s actually pretty hypnotic.

LUST FOR LIFE IS HER WORST ALBUM

Change is boring and it sounds like she wrote it in 5 minutes while sitting on the toilet 

Love is embarrassing and downright cringy. The music video bears no aesthetic resemblance or quality to any of her other work, and the single artwork makes me want to vomit in my mouth. 
 
Lust for life is one of the most boring and half hearted songs I have ever heard, while Coachella is just... lets not go there.
 
Summer Bummer, Groupie Love and the rest of the album sound incredible. Cheers. 

Summer Bummer is like...... really, really underwhelming. Not bad, just underwhelming. At no point do I hear any sort of climax. The song builds up to...nothing 

I feel like I'm gonna get ripped to shreds for this. But...
 
I do partly think Lana suddenly being into feminism is a marketing ploy. Well, not necessarily marketing, but let's be real. I don't think Lana has really been into feminism. I think the reason why she's coming forward with it is because of the backlash she received after the whole "feminism doesn't interest me" mishap and I think she's trying to change her ways, not because she 100% cares about feminism, but because she's playing it safe with the fans, media, critics, pretty much everyone. I'm not saying people can't change their ways, but I don't really buy it.

Honeymoon is a critically acclaimed, mature, iconic record, and I'm so glad you made it and enjoyed the time you spent working on it. 

24 is extremely underrated

People keep saying that Lust For Life is upbeat.... and it's just not.

I would be very happy if she decided to settle down and have children within the next few years. When she broke up with Francesco, I was disappointed because that ruined any chances of that happening for a while. She said in an interview in 2015 that she has thought about having kids since turning 30 and she would love to have a daughter. She is 32 soon so I imagine that desire has probably increased. Also, I'll just say that the idea of pregnant Lana pictures excites me tremendously. I hope it happens, even though it would likely mean she wouldn't produce any new music for a while.

Her jazzy cinematic songs are SO underrated. I actually never get bored of I Can Fly, Big Eyes, 24. 
She needs another big movie to record for (or 10)
 
Also, the jazz version of Y&B in the great gatsby was SO good. I have no idea who sung it but I wish Lana had recorded a full version of it- and even better, if she had actually been the one to sing that in the party scene during the movie onstage, the movie would be 10 times better

Um..the Olympia million dollar man performance is way better than the Hackney Weekend one...Like ok the high note in the Hackney Weekend one is amazing but the rest of the performance...kind of a mess. Whereas the Olympia performance has very clean, angelic vocals, the high note still has that raspiness and the scream sound while being even better and she doesn't do that forced deep voice that sounds pretty ugly...

I get really offended when people say Honeymoon is boring. It literally makes no sense, to me personally at least. It's SUCH an awesome record. Anyone who makes any other Lana fan feel lesser for liking a certain album more/less than another is stupid.

It's not fair, but even calling someone 'beautiful' is objectifying someone, so where do you draw the line? We all objectify and contradict each other at the end of the day. Not only that, but unfortunately she's a female and very good looking celebrity - this sort of thing was bound to happen, but I'm sure she wasn't kicking and screaming on the way.
