So I’m going to assume from the last interview, VB will be closer to the end of the album since she said the last few tracks are more rock style-ish but not rock. That tells me VB will be closer to the end of the record with a couple songs like it around it’s spot on the track list

I think her next will be fall/winter 2020. She spaces her albums 15-18 months out for the most part, or at least she says she likes to do it around that time frame so. She’ll probably start working on the next one now or soon, she did that after she finished UV & HM both

I swear FJM’s records sound like they’re answers to Lana music. Please Don’t Die made me think of Lana when she’s depressed and he’s saying to this person they’re all he has and he’s begging for them not to die. I know he’s got his personal stuff behind his music but it’s just makes me think of her. HTD was the last track recorded and it doesn't have any rock undertones whatsoever, she's clearly talking about the last songs on the tracklist

That and Ariana’s new album. If you want your album / single to go under the radar, release it the same day Ariana, Taylor or Rihanna does.

If Lana has any features, could it be FJM already? It’s overdue since Coachella was about him (wasn’t it?) and Chateau Lobby #4 sounds like something that’d be an answer to a Lana track

Maybe this era she’s feeling more introspective and she’s got more emotion in this record again. I agree with some who say LFL was like how the BTD era was in terms of the fact we got singles, visuals, a huge tour etc. I’m thinking NFR will be her second phase of her second collection of records maybe. In terms of personal meaning. Not that LFL didnt mean much to Lana, obviously it did but I have a weird feeling this one will be how UV was and she’ll just jump to the next after this comes out. This will be her next lesser commercial records and honestly, that’s my favorite version of Lana because it feels more real and more meaningful
 
You can even hear the similarities to BTD within LFL, the sampling sounds like it’s trying to go back to the BTD sound
She’s also described NFR as some “introspective, sad girl shit”

I really think this time, she just wanted to make a very personal album, and just share the music with us, but nothing more. No visuals, no interviews, no promo, she just simply shares pieces of her heart by putting out songs like that.

after having read that interview a second time: it is recent: 
«I was actually pretty thrilled at some of the melodies that were coming through as I was writing and just the sexy and cool all natural vibe that was shaping up within the record as I was finishing it – you always hope a low-key record feels organic and for me this one really does.»
