When you take "you got the music in you" in context it's quite gorgeous. As I said in the lyric thread, she is referencing her sobriety and people saying she's not having fun unless she's drinking but she has found "the music" in this guy that has made her feel alive again. Then she talks about people in the West Coast having their shallow, Hollywood icons (Queen of Saigon reference), but her guy simply has "the music." It's stunning.

i wonder if the tropico EP is going to have different instrumentation of the songs like how body electric had a different intro

Once Tropico comes out, I am going to avoid it for an additional two weeks, like when you're bored in political science so you pinch your skin really hard until the pain is unbelievable then let go and you feel amazing because relief is better than none and then I'll sigh and say "YES TROPICO. YES RELIEF" and then I'll look back at this post in about 30 seconds and ask myself "what the hell did you just write and you need to work on your run-on sentences"
