  1. The hoody is one of the first merch items I'm tempted to buy from her, but its a shame it can't be ordered without a CD/vinyl (aat least not in Grmany it seems)
  2. We just got a beautiful classic Lana track and y'all are so bored you decide to keep feeding the troll ...
  3. Prediction: 1. Honeymoon 2. Ultraviolence 3. Ocean Blvd. 4. Norman Fucking Rockwell! 5. Blue Banisters 6. Paradise EP 7. Born To Die 8. Lust For Life 9. Chemtrails over the Country Club
  4. TB H one of her best album intros
  5. A&W The Grants Fingertips Fishtail Kintsugi DYKTTATUOB Let The Light In Grandfather .... Paris, Texas Peppers Taco Truck Candy Necklace Sweet Margaret
  6. Never had much of an opinion on the cover, but I saw it on vinyl for the first time yesterday and it actually looks iconic!
  7. Saw her live a few days ago and I really really loved it, but I can still not get into her albums. The recorded versions of the tracks all feel so sugarcoated and overproduced
  8. Who TF said this album wouldn't be cohesive. Sure sounds like one of her most on point ones
  9. Lana Del Rey - Honeymoon 7.5 Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions - Through The Devil Softly 6.7 Goldfrapp - Tales of Us 6.1 Beth Gibbons - Out Of Season 5.7 Massive Attack - Heligoland 5.0 So not only do they generally not have reviews for a lot of my favourite albums - Portishead's self titled, anything by Melanie De Biasio or Elysian Fields, most of Lamb's discography, Agnes Obel's Aventine, Archive's Londinium, The Magnificent Tree by Hooverphonic, ... - they also rate them like sh*t.
  10. Oh so another namedropping track ...ugh. it was ok on BB but we really don't need it for every other song. Already really disliked the way she did it on DTWD
  11. Lol whut. Lorde did not event 2-in-1 songs with a beatdrop. SATNS literally had the same melody as WAH
  12. I'm amazed how cohesive DYK and AW actually are. Their soundscapes go together really well
  13. I'd prefer A&W and Jimmy to be two seperate tracks. I like the storytelling in them being linked, but I prefer the AW part a lot and would have loved it to be a standalone
  14. I always felt like TMIL was a legit song and soneone - either Lana herself or a leaker - cut the TM hooks into it for whatever reason
  15. This is kinda the faux-glamour-ish alt pop album I wish she had done 01. Kinda Outta Luck 02. Hundred Dollar Bill 03. You Can Be The Boss 04. Heavy Hitter 05. She's Not Me 06. Us Against The World 07. Put The Radio On 08. Jealous Girl 09. Serial Killer 10. Hollywood's Dead 11. Last Girl On Earth 12. Every Man Gets His Wish 13. The Man I Love In the parallel universe where she released it, singles would have been KOOL, YCBTB, SK and EMGHW
  16. Lol. WD was not released prior to the album and the "bit of Yosemite" was literally some acapella performance of 3 lines that did not really give any indication of how the song would sound
  17. I'm afraid to get hyped about this - still scarred from the White Dress where streaming services listed a date AND we had teasers by Lana and nothing happened in the end
  18. I prefer singles over having many unheard tracks on the album. Single releases make you spent so much more time with a track. I doubt I would love Arcadia, Ocean Blvd. or MAC as much as I do if I would have heard them as an album track for the first time.
  19. Robin Kester - Honeycomb Shades Emiliana Torrini & The Colorist Orchestra - Racing The Storm Yazmin Lacey - Voice Notes
