I don’t mean this in a “dragging” way at all, but how are you defining the word “elitist”? 
 
Lana providing a handful of fans with contact information isn’t inherently negative—I’d argue that it’s the more responsible decision; I think it would be a bit unreasonable (and likely impossible) for her hold the same level of contact for all of her listeners. 
 
Also, I don’t really find her using the honeymoon account even remotely hypocritical when you look at her intention of her exiting social media: narrowing the circle of people with access to her life with preference to those she considers friends. Even if she decided to pull a 180 and returned to all social media, she’s allowed to change her mind. 

Her intentions are to protect herself and her privacy, and I think that respecting her self-preservation (even if it means not everyone has equal access to her life) should be the priority. Again, no shade at all—just offering another perspective 

so what? she can't message people now? she can choose to remain in contact with whoever she wants despite certain fans getting jealous it wasn't them

Do you even know what elitist means? people are not paying Lana to follow her on honeymoon, she's not selecting from a special group of people because she likes them better or because they have money or they are "better fans" or for whatever reason. It's not even like she randomly accepted people's follow requests... She literally said she would leave the account public for 2 minutes (for anyone who came across her post, not just people she handpicked) when in reality she is under no obligation to even announce that... This is why she left in the first place, people relentlessly criticizing every little thing she does.

Also something is not automatically elitist just because "at least to you it is", that's not how things work.

Actually when you go from being private to public it automatically accepts every follow. But I guess since she must've had hundreds of thousands of requests that when she went public and privated again Instagram must've shit itself  denying most of the requests and only accepting a small few and thats why some people got accepted and most didn't, thats my theory anyway  Its either that or Lana literally denied every request LMAO

the universe aligned for me today when i randomly decided to check LB in the middle of my grocery shopping and was able to follow her  lost my mind once again in the pasta aisle

She unprivated it for a few minutes after she made the post! She gained about 1k new followers during that time x
