Yeah but Billie last album was actually interesting. and that’s the thing. she didn’t have to recreate another “wwfawdwg”. the album wasn’t “fantastic” like melodrama, but it was great. 

eh...nah. this albums just boring. I hate to see the comments like “oh of course she’ll never live up to melodrama” like...no? I just expected a cool and interesting album.

Just like him talking randomly a couple words after the chorus in Not All Who Wander Are Lost  I wonder why would he think it would be a good idea to put his vocals in these songs... like, great you are producing them, but, dude, your watermark?

so, grindr deleted my account for promoting solar power which i, quite frankly, don't get it, like, who else would listen to lorde's new album beside the gays? i stand by my choice and i do think it was the right place to do promo

I'm so thirsty for her outtakes and unreleased 

the way That site’s already back up under a diff domain name & there’s another site w a diff name w the same exact layout aswel bjsjdjf i fear for this album rollout

Only imagine if Paper Massacre surfaced  
If they're not releasing it, even a 128 kbps will do it for me at this point.

so my thoughts are:
 
- much better than Melodrama, but less addictive
- favs besides the singles: Fallen Fruit (the highlight for me, i dont get why they didnt make this the first single or at least the 2nd ), Secrets, The Man, Oceanic Feelings, Hold No Grudge
- Lyrically i think its her weakest one
- The Man sounds like something Alex Turner or Beach House would sing as a closing track
- Her new aesthetic is 'green juice moodboard girl' and i dont like it at all but girl we'll keep pretending we do! 

I’m at Big Star rn and I’m sorry, but this album is gorgeous. I like it at least as much as Pure Heroine and anyone who expected SP to top Melodrama has either never heard the album or is delusional lol. 
 
And that’s okay, it serves its purpose well in L’s discography

well critics aren’t too happy with this album (not that i care)  but it does worry me. i really hope i like this album. the singles have been great  so far and mood ring resonates nostalgia for me i can’t explain it. i think this might be one of those albums that’s not critically acclaimed but is an underground gem. 
 
or this could just be her flop era and everyone will end up hating this album 
 
either way i’m buying the vinyl
