Honestly, that article is exactly how I feel about the song. It's kind of just ridiculous in it's framing and everything I don't want from a "Woke Lana makes fake deep songs about navel gazing at coachella" album.

I'm just surprised she didn't make a music video for this where she gives a cop her Pepsi-Cola.

This sounds like something we'd take seriously. I'd be interested in seeing receipts for this. There's only one other mod besides me (and it wasn't me) that might possibly fit your description as being a straight male.

I'm surprised to hear people connecting to the message, not because I don't believe in it, but because it feels super hollow.

It's not on the album though, so I don't feel particularly annoyed about it's existence anymore.

This song is just as emotional and beautiful as the first time I ever heard it all those years ago 

she looks natural and beautiful on this photo but cover is way too much edited i guess

it's beautiful but i don't like that smile it sounds forced

I'm not actually a huge fan of this particular photo (it's cute but sort of underwhelming), but I'm interested in seeing the other photos from this shoot when they surface.

the colour tone is too earthy. (the sky isnt even blue lol)
she looks like a wax figure at the 1st sight
looks a little bit fanmade

Cruel World could have perfectly lasted 4 minutes and be one of my favourite songs ever, but 6 minutes and having the same lyrics all the time are a little tiring for me. I like it tho.

Here in Italy I already heard Love a lot of times compared to her other singles, and it was an important radio station so I'm happy

Lana and Lorde are going in totally different directions with their careers anyway so how bout stopping this discussion right now 

Am i the only one that prefers her UV and Honeymoon video to Love? Don't get me wrong, love is a great video but i prefer the simplicty of UV and HM. Even video games too. There's something weirldy nostalgic and it reminds me of some kind of past life. Idk, it's closer to my heart than her more well directed music videos. I still love them though.

As much as I love Love and think it's a 10/10 song, it's probably my least favorite lead single so far. It sounds more like a brilliant film soundtrack rather than an album track in my opinion. I think my ordering goes like this:
 
West Coast > Video Games > Ride > High By The Beach > Love
 
All amazing songs in their own ways and fantastic lead singles, but nothing will probably ever beat her magnum opus West Coast! 

Love is cute but not really an exciting song and I'm afraid the whole album will be like that in an attempt to be more mainstream-friendly

In "Love" it kinda annoys me how in the bridge she sings "crazy, crazy, crazy" like "craaze, craaze, craazyyy". Its like she doesnt finish the first two crazy's and i know thats nothing to get pissed about but i just feel a little ocd with things like that :')
