Change is boring af and should've been shelved along with half of the other LFL songs. Apart from that the AKA stuff just broke my heart a little but everyone is entitled to their own opinion! I'd rank BTD above AKA if the demo versions of DMD, TIWMUG, Lolita and Lucky Ones were on it but alas... it's just over-produced.

Me neitherrr ugh I hate it. But I stopped being excited for any new stuff after NFR. Or during NFR tbh because it was such a mess that my ability to get excited simply died or something...

Wildest Dreams... if "inspired" even is the right word for that. The lyrics, the melody, the music video look. Sorry I know there's many TS fans here and no hate to her(!) but you can't seriously deny this. You can literally take ANY screenshot from this mv and instantly think of a similar (or basically identical) look that Lana wore before. Even the props in the backgorund are similar. I didn't need long to notice these similarities, pretty sure neither will you. Also, the lyrics (see spoiler). No way that this is all a coincidence. I guess you could take it as flattery but to me there's a point where inspiration stops and copying starts...

For some reason the artists I listen to can't really be described by one genre. Like, what genre is Lana? "Alternative"? That's so unspecific. She's good at doing anything really. I definitely like rock influences and I listen to 60s and 70s rock like the Stones for example. But other than that I don't even know what genre the other artists and bands are...

Sofia‘s movies have the best soundtracks. She‘s so good at picking the right songs to match the atmosphere of certain scenes.

Tbh actively searching for new music never works for me. I usually just come across songs I really like by coincidence. For example after watching Lost In Translation I listened to the soundtrack which includes Just Like Honey by The Jesus and Mary Chain and so that's how I started listening to their albums. Maybe watching a movie to discover new music is a little weird but I can definitely say that movies I really like usually also have soundtracks I like. Something else you can try is searching for playlists of a certain genre. There's channels on youtube dedicated to genres, e.g. if you like shoegaze and dream pop, David Dean Burkhart is the perfect channel for you. That channel made me discover Men I Trust.

Who would've thought Anyway, I'm still having fun I feel like (obviously) fake insiders and gross stuff are just traditions by now. At least something's going on, you know...

Sun - NFR / AKA (Libra) Both thoughtful albums but optimistic, so kind of balanced. I try to be social but I'm also an introvert and in my thoughts a lot. AKA and NFR both have that vibe to me. Moon - Ultraviolence (Pisces) Yeah definitely moody as hell with episodes of sadness, anger and self-confidence alternating on a daily basis. Also can be romantic when I'm not busy being a complete nihilist. Rising - AKA again (Libra) Because I feel like I'm shy and introverted and sometimes don't know what to do or say in social settings so others could possibly perceive me as awkward. That reminds me the most of Lizzy. I love being alone but also love being with others - you'll have to approach me though. Also a big daydreamer.
