I’m not saying you guys are wrong, but I think it’s important to not speculate on things too far and treat them as facts until we’ve gotten more news about what happened and how it could’ve happened.

Ok but why would you expect an insightful posts with depth on this issue? It's not like she's a politicion or tends to be involved with israelian/ palestine culture a lot. Her post was tasteful and I don't think pop singers should be your go-to source for politic discussion

Do y'all think it's going to be more of a summer or fall album? I'd prefer some cozy and intimate but dark fall vibes.

in my imaginary world this is how my dream COCC tracklist would sound and look, just using lana's old music as a reference point   (note: i want lana to constantly evolve and she doesn't need to "recreate" anything or give us a "2.0" of anything necessarily, but i just find referencing her past music to be an easier way to portray what i mean lmao)
an opener with West Coast vibes the title track that in my dream has For K (Part 2) vibes sonically  a track like Fuck It I Love You but darker in sound a leisurely, cheeky, lounging track like Doin' Time sexy Pin-Up Galore vibes Sad Girl vibes a trippy ballad kinda like Ultraviolence but with more emphasis on psychedelia here the album begins to take a darker turn, going from 'country club' to 'chemtrails' - a track here that's like a blend between Art Deco and Venice Bitch would be perfect atmospheric, intense track, like Summertime Sadness only darker and maybe with more guitar Mermaid Motel vibes Kill Kill vibes, only even more sultry a piano ballad like Hope bc we all know there'll be at least one lmao, and what's a lana record without a tear jerker? a classic rock inspired "end of the world" anthem like The Greatest

i dont think country clubs have any connection to "country" tho so we dont have to worry ab that being an indicator. they are literally just clubs for the wealthy to reside together during the day which offers activities and whatnot. mainly associated with suburbs, and usually "country" is not associated with suburbs. idk thats just my guess. oops if im being stereotypical but i associate country with farmland ... so

So, we're also just wrapping up creating a clone site on the server to begin testing the actual site software update. That means by tomorrow, we can start testing out the site update on our clone site, while the main site here stays online. Then once we're confident the site update has been done successfully, we'll take the main site offline while we do the site update again there. Exciting things are coming! x

Still not gonna let go when a couple of you questioned my mental health on this thread mere months ago as if reading some posts gives you the right to diagnose me when all I was doing was criticizing mother of all things perfect lana del rey.
 
with more instagram updates coming in the near future, please remember when posting in this or any thread that you do not have the knowledge or expertise to be diagnosing someone on an internet forum. please do not claim to care for our health when all you care about is putting people down. somehow disagreeing with my favorite artist on some things = you need therapy fr sis to some people on this forum.
 
lana is not perfect in everything she does. i consider the people who fairly criticize her to respect her more than those who believe in her blindly and treat her as if she can do no harm.
by making her into "your goddess" or "mother", you are taking away her right to be human and her right to make mistakes. she is not an invincible god, she is a human who needs to rest like we all do, who needs to learn and do better like we all do. treating her higher than you treat others isn't beneficial to anyone, not even her. it's disrespectful to her humanity.
