Down Bad has been the biggest grower for me. I did not get that song when it first came out but now I’m obsessed with it. The Eras performance really helped

I'm certainly older now to appreciate it, but after all my effort, I really don't like her music. 
 
As an independent artist maybe it would work because we say to ourselves that it's not great, it's listenable, but the disproportionate success she has, I really don't understand. 
 
She has a horrible voice, all the tics of the personalityless singer of recent years. No progress in pop for my part.
And to say that she is a “queen” of alternative music, oh no certainly not. 
 
But I respect everyone's taste, if it works then it's because you like it after all.

I find Billie Eillish really bad on every level and that's my choice. Her voice is painful to listen to.
 
I did say that I respected those who appreciated it, that’s life. We can't all agree and I don't think anyone can give me lessons on this subject, just as I don't have any to give you.

edit: not to mention the fact she had Christopher Rowe, a country rock producer produce most of the tracks on 1989 tv… it’s giving lazy.

ngl i feel like peppers live doesn’t really hit the same cause the repetitive rap hook sounds kinda awkward when someone’s just standing there saying it over and over again

She was probably out of time and knew she needed to finish with Video Games and Sweet Home Alabama 

we were robbed. why she didnt do HBTB when the crowd was chanting for it is beyond me.

It’s kind of crazy how 1989 is the best re-recording but gets called the worst just because of Style  Out of the Woods, All You Had to Do Was Stay, Bad Blood, and This Love are all improvements on the original and tbh the rest all sound pretty much the exact same. The vault tracks are all at least a 4/5 too. Now That We Don’t Talk, Slut!, and Is it Over Now are all highlights even considering the main album.
