Wow! I love the way this set looks! Very Slim Aarons meets Honeymoon! I’m so excited to see what this ends up being - hopefully it is a video like a lot of us are thinking.

Does this guy not care that he’s hated all over the internet. Also, the insta story where Old Money is playing looks extremely similar to the Marfa Journal set in 2015. Just an observation

I think this is probably what’s been referred to, she probably just finished the song as it got to the audio loop where she usually meets the crowd but the venue either didn’t have appropriate spacing or she just didn’t feel like it and so just left instead. She’s done this with OTTR in previous years (I think during L.A. to the moon tour she just completely missed the last verse/chorus once or twice). So, less of a comment on how she favours the songs and more on how she felt that day

The more albums that get released in 2020, the more it becomes clearer that Taylor is truly at the top of her game. She's miles ahead of everyone else sonically and lyrical--and tbh i think its because of her close relationship with her fans. She doesn't really write about her own celebrity-world troubles in her music, she writes them from the perspective of her average teenage fans, who share stories with her and she listens; and that's what makes her music so universally relatable. Not many of us can relate to living for cheering crowds, or overcoming the confusing world of celebrity--but we can all relate to love triangles, high school drama, drifting apart from our childhood friends, etc. etc. And that's why all her music has always been "folklore", bc it captures the common feelings of a group/subculture, and not just Taylor herself 

i don't think it's foolish to think that his cryptic caption meant something, the instagram story captioning chemtrails, the countdown leading to a saturday, which is the same day as the original release, do i think it might of been a reach to think she was going to surprise drop it on saturday, midnight? probably. but at least we had fun, i can't act like i wasn't totally in on it. 

NFR is about to turn one year old and still sounds like it came out yesterday, just like most of her catalog, so i'm not going to be disappointed when nothing happens

September 5th 

It’s so disappointing how close we are to September 5th and still don’t have any news. I need to take a break from this clownery. If the album was delayed and we get this update only on sept 5th, it will be very unprofessional

Not tryna come for you, but maybe if your point is people shouldn’t be sending death threats/bullying Sheridan then maybe you should try not insulting people yourself? I don’t agree with the death threats either but there are nicer ways to say things and still make your point. They’re literally never going to learn if you’re sitting here showing them it’s alright to tell people to go fuck themselves and calling people dumb and slow every single post. I mean, I get death threats are worse but technically you’re doing the same. You’re not acting too much better than they are, bro.
