im so sorry if this hurts anyone but I hope Harry styles doesn’t win any awards, I’m just not a fan of his vanilla mediocre music. It’s been regurgitated a million times by other artists and he hasn’t added anything new or transformative to pop culture.

Exactly! It’s one of my favourite Lana songs for sure.. also the fact it was originally called pink champagne makes me think the bridge was originally the chorus (sort of how National Anthem was originally a bridge and how Lust for Life was originally a verse).

since she couldnt decide to the last between play date and half hearted plus she recorded the song (Seesaw) with a very similar theme right at the end of cb sessions i think it theoretically can be considered as a cb deluxe outtake that shoudve took the spot of play date, not telling the production is a very crybaby ish, but however it sounds clearly unfinished and i doubt there is a finalized version of it

i really think it slaps i hope it has kind of a tragic vibe to be like a CB ballad but play date feels really on the right spot
