it bothers me a lot that we got the acoustic versions from fearless platinum edition on fearless tv but we didnt get the tv versions of the speak now dlx acoustic tracks.. i dont even listen to acoustic versions but i hate the inconsistency

if she doesnt care about the re recordings anymore i wish she would just release them back to back with no promotion and move on

It is just unnecessary at this point in her career, she would be better off releasing an album of all brand new material.

Tbh if I was Melanie rn I would scrap the MVs, release a complete collection of unreleased songs/demos, and retire 

yeah i get the sense that she's lost artistry wise and just makes whatever she thinks people want from her. she opened up about this in that weird livestream for witness but it seems like she never moved on from that mentality, its kinda sad
