As a music fan and art fan, I learned through the years that some people simply will never even try to understand lyrics, metaphors and art in general. They will see things as they are in the most basic surface.

idk why i go on lolcow, i just like reading the celebricows thread for celebrity drama/rumors. they are SO fucking mean about lana it legit hurts my feelings. nevermind the bodyshaming comments, they talk poorly on her character. i posted a picture of the billboard selfie and said she looks gorgeous and a couple others agreed and said "she is beautiful inside and out." someone said she is a terrible person and i asked why. because everytime this argument comes up ALL they can come up with is the lyrics to "put me in a movie" when they don't even understand what the song is about - the dark side of casting couches. anyway apparently she's a "horrible person" because of her last ex, "no normal woman would date THAT", & someone else said "She single handedly created the culture of tumblr sugar baby romanticizing fucking old men for money." and i'm so fucking tired of people saying that. sorry i just needed to vent. i really hate people who hate lana. it's one thing not to like her music, that doesn't bother me one bit because i understand tastes. but she doesn't deserve the vile things they say about her.

No one is gonna believe me but Mickey Avalon went live today for like 10 minutes and had maybe 11 or 12 people watching the live and I asked him if he realized Lana followed him and they need to collab and he said he would love to but doesn’t know if she’d read her messages and I convinced him to DM her and said since she follows him also it makes a bigger chance that she will see it…. He said he knows she loves him and saw her once at one of her Cali concerts and I WISH I WOULD'VE RECORDED THE LIVE BUT I DIDN'T BUT I SWEAR IT HAPPENED and I’m freaking out in a good way 
 
I hope he reaches out. I wish Lana followed me so I could tell her. I wish one of those 12 people screen-recorded the live for proof later

If celebrities are fans then I think it's a good thing. I support all fandom of Lana Del Rey across the entire  spectrum of fame.

this song is growing on me, wasn't my favorite at first but it's really beautiful, and it's really fun to sing <3
