I'm lucky that she's not dragging stuff out forever. I mean, I'm glad to be getting Chemtrails just now, but the record was literally done one year ago, almost all of the songs even dating back to 2019. So why wait that much? If she has stuff ready, I'd be more than happy if she put it out, instead of throwing all of her 2 years work together into an incoherent album like she did with Lust For Life. If everything she made could be released, that'd be a dream.
I'm almost sure the album will have several songs about QTFC though, but maybe that'll come with a new sound. I don't think she'd go exclusively country to address those topics. I definitely see something more rock-oriented.

- ben confirmed that she worked with zach on the cover album AND a second unknown album with “a personal title that reflects her last 18 months experiences" WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY ROCK CANDY SWEET omg 
 
- her keeping the cover album and dealer, both zach produced IS NOT A COINCIDENCE

ngl im shocked at how well it is doing. i expected a score like BTD w/ the critics focussing on her past few controversies only. very happy thats not the case

metacritic weighs each publication differently, depending on their reputation and who wrote the review. a well-known and seasoned music critic's review is gonna weighted differently to that of a relatively new critic

I like the album. I don't love it, but I like it. And I like it as an idea more than the actual product. There’s really not all that much to dislike here, only the fact that Lana has regressed lyrically. On the bright side, this album makes it more clear than ever that Jack and Lana are musical soulmates. Even when one of them is not on their A-game, their musical chemistry and bond is so strong that it helps them avoid disaster.

so now that we all heard it, we can all agree that the intro has one of the best melodies she came up with
and she improvised it
