I don’t know, man…
I’m a huge fan of Utopia (I even have the vinyl) mostly for two reasons: 1. it was the perfect soundtrack to my until this day only mushroom-induced experience ever and 2. it’s incredibly focused and coherent from start to finish.
 
This one feels a little off-putting. The drums are amazing but the clarinets are so jarring. Can’t fully enjoy the track. I miss her Debut days tbh.

I do hope Sindri's only provided like backing vocals for Ancestress though bc I am not looking forward to him being featured on the record tbh

Eclipse, nobody wants to waste their lives making various burner accounts in attempt to acquire unreleased material from people who want nothing to do with them or any other leakers or obsessively post in a thread dedicated to an artist with nothing but negative bullshit directed towards said artist + random members you don't know/ignored requests to "leAk DeScEnDiNg". Personally, I would never respond to low vibrational men begging me for snippets asking them to send lewd photos because I'm "addicted to bubble butts" like you've said verbatim in the past lmao, I'm fine enjoying what I have privately. It's so weird when "insiders" who have never stepped foot in an actual studio in their lives get obsessively hateful towards other people just because they have music/information they didn't need to hack someone to acquire & decide to share tidbits with the fanbase it pertains to. So weird. 

Pointless posts that have nothing to do with Sky's music where bored stans put on a self-righteous moralistic front while begging for leaks, attacking women's appearances & blowing random things out of proportion in general seem be the norm as well

 

It would be gorgeous without the blur, was voicing my opinion not trying to be "mean". Let's not pretend there wouldn’t be massive meltdowns if this were an actual release the fans were holding in their hands solely due to the over distorted vignette! It's very admirable they took the time to make the mock up & the color choice IS gorgeous. The blur is just a no.

I'm a big Utopia apologist because it really hits my sensitivity. I especially enjoy this track by track description on i-D which captures its vibes perfectly. 
Idc flutes were an interesting choice and there's a great contrast between them and the beats. Personally, I've never felt bored while listening to it. Saint makes me want to cry honestly

Not to be ageist but honestly mostly her old/longtime fans hate the "new Bjork", you know, the Arca-inspired Bjork. From what I've read, they feel she has no melodies, instrumentals don't go with her voice, they hate how "disgusting" her art can be nowadays (vagina references, her turning into an alien birdlike animal with makeup and wigs, etc.). I've read countless times that "Arca is a bad influence for Bjork"  When Arca has accompanied Bjork through her healing process and has inspired her endlessly. They're best friends.

Does anyone know anything about a ‘less produced’ Utopia that apparently a few people have but has never leaked? I feel like I remember seeing posts about it on some forum and how the album was so much better than the released version.
