I didn't expect the tease to come from Jack today but I am grateful for the crumb!

so Caroline Polachek announced her album as coming in April, but is releasing the digital in February. I hope Lana does something like that this time. She always wanted to do a digital release so this is her time. 

I really am tempted to restrain myself from LB as hard as possible since i want to taste that feeling of mindblowing if she actually announces it herself on Wednesday, i can't imagine how that would impact me. 
But i can't, scrolling thru this thread has been so entertaining & such a bless in these times. 

and by announce it all he probably meant the incoming album, lead single, visual album, world tour with vip meet and great packages, the reactivation of all her socials, the broadway musical, her breakup with nikki… 

 
 

to be fair he did say "I just want her to announce it all though, once she will I will speak more" so it's possible he doesn't spill Wednesday if she doesn't announce it all then

What's interesting is that Boz loves cohesive albums and yet he mentioned that there's a lot of variety on the album. But the album is not similar to LFL at all, so I guess that it won't be sonically messy. I'm so intrigued! 

I never thought it was related to an album. maybe a song.... i thought it stood for "do not care" because those are the vibes i've been getting from her 2020+. (not in a lazy type way, in a way that means i don't care what anyone thinks)

according to somebody on atrl, there's a tunnel under ocean boulevard will be on the album, but they're likely just a random person who doesn't know anything  

love that this thread is popping since saturday living for this energy but it's so hard to keep up with everything

I’d love a LFL/BB length album more than a COTCC length album. Even if some of the songs on the album aren’t your favorite, it doesn’t mean it isn’t other people’s favorite, and ‘filler’ has such a loose definition. I don’t like NOTG/CB/LL on BB, but I know that’s some people’s favorite songs so I’m glad they’re included 

He called one of the Jack tracks "fucking amazing", the FJM collab "fantastic" and the album "really great".
 
I think we will be fine, whether the masterpiece comment was about Lana or not
