as others said i think it could end up backfiring in her face but she would be MORE than fine musically if they did i almost want it  like tamaryn, jorge, ariel, others are all professional capable musicians and producers with access to recording studios and equipment and others in the industry that could help, if she could finance ntmt she could easily finish the rest of masochism independently... but who knows if she actually would commit to working that hard herself tho in 2022

But I fear they wouldn't  at an extent, they'd rather keep her in the release limbo she's been, making it harder for her to sustain a career, so it'd be useless if she pisses them off I guess? More than she has in the past  

I don't think that's the appropriate time/moment to do this. But we don't know what happened behind the scenes.
She merely spoke about things over the past years... It's nothing new that she complained and had received zero support from them in the past.
But honestly... not a good time to fight your record label like this. She had time to do it before and merely did it.

Well, Halsey has done the right thing and has released mainstream sounding albums/songs to make the label (who invest the money for music, shows and releases, duh) happy and get big sales/streams.
 
That's why Halsey had the permit to release more experimental/alternative music like "Nightmare" and the rest of "If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power". 
 
But Sky is very tough/hard and won't listen to the label. She needs to understand that first she needs to pay the money she owes and then she can be the artists she wants to be. But it's almost as if she wants everything for free lol

ive only heard a little visual kei myself, DADAROMA, kizu, Rakugaki, and another one i cant remember the name of cos it was something like xx-aa or some shit

(this doesn't answer your question) i don't know much about visual kei but i do know malice mizer is cool 

It's true i really cant compare them despite loving them all. I have my preferences but I'm not going to die on a hill saying that one or two are definitively better than the rest in all ways. 
I think I just put halfaxa and visions and geidi primes on a pedestal because so many people are unable to appreciate what grimes used to be! She has always been this good, musically, she just used to be more underground.

I understand that she wants to do a great, fresh and consistent record, but scrapping  Guardian and I Pray For Rain would be such a dumb move
 
Don't Forget is really good, I only wish it was more explosive and a little bit faster just like in the first snippets, but I still think it was a solid choice, specially because that showed that Sky is trying her best to keep with her original plans, she hinted DF as the next single even before DL being released

I Pray for Rain and Descending are the obvious big single choices. 
 
She just fucked up.
