Just heard the song. Very Blue Bannisters imho, but that is a huge compliment from where I sit.

that’s one of my favorite things about this track. It’s the best aspects of their production in one track, it’s really great

What he says in the 2nd half, the string arrangement did something interesting at the beginning of DYKTTATUOB, "now it's swelling and expansive, and it's making me say OMG this is the REAL thing. This is, it's actually GREAT! I like it. I like it." Picking apart the instrumentals, it makes me appreciate the song more! And the way he observes Lana's voice gets left alone, and she sings sharp, but that conveys emotion.

I love the I inhale in the beginning so much for some reason, it almost sounds like a siren near the end

The song is lovely and cute but it’s not left me feeling hopeful about the album. I feel like it’s going to be a culmination of the sound she’s created on COCC and BB, rather than something fresh. But I’m hoping she surprises us…

I totally know how it goes and I see you <3 If no one’s told you lately, just know that you’ve got this and remember to remind yourself of how capable you are. Being a first generation student and now doing your masters are two major accomplishments - you should be incredibly proud of yourself!!

doing my masters and starting my career after working in service jobs and taking 6 years to get my bachelors (with the added stress of being a first generation college student), and I'm so fkn burnt out and just delusioned with adulthood and the world. Lana's songs usually take a bit to hit me, but this one along with Wildfire Wildflower are hitting so hard right now 

The song is phenomenal but I kinda think if she changed her vocal style more throughout the song, it would be so much superior and richer. Her falsettos and head voice could've made the song so much better especially in the bridge and outro. 

I don’t know anything about Mike Hermosa’s production, but for the three others, I love how that track allows each and one of them to shine « individually » while still creating an amazing cohesive song
