    Soooo... is the "new" VB really the demo? I know Jack said there was a shorter beat driven version but I expected something more rockish or surfy but not trap 
     
    I can't believe they were using those beats on the early NFR version specially since Hope was the first song they made together and they seemed to have a really clear vision about the record 
     
    I think the "back to the garden" line wasn't used on the OG and I doubt she rerecorded it so at least some stems were from an early version tho

    I hear knife in the heart too
    I don’t know how wed be hearing it wrong unless she made an F sound during night, but theres no F sound near that lyric for it to be misunderstood as knife. maybe its just her lisp 
    p sure she was medicated when momma was trying to "fix er up"

    Listening to Sweet a lot today 
     
    I do really love how so many songs on this album sound like they could be from a musical or a movie (Sweet especially like a Disney movie) and now I'm really wanting that musical project from Lana

    I can’t understand why so many people dislike kintsugi and fingertips  they’re literally my favorite tracks of the album. I guess if you get it, you get it..

    did sean walk away? i assumed lana did, when she found out he was engaged at the same time they were dating. and yes to the anti cop sentiments especially with text book like... was SEAN at the blm protests with her...? if not then who? and "old man river keeps rolling with or without him" him being sean, she'll keep rolling on without him.

    She should’ve saved Pink Champagne for this album instead of stripping it down for Chemtrails. Would’ve sounded great between “Grandfather” and “Let The Light In”.
