  1. Whoops, my bad. I totally misread that. Released: After the Afterparty Unreleased: Bounce
  2. Favorite Released: Party 4 U or Silver Cross Unreleased: Teenage Kicks, Bounce or Miami
  3. Is there something on my face? Lmao jk As for H4U, it's messy but I'm cutting Ayesha some slack considering how inept she is with the legalities of music distribution. Given how H4U has several covers, I assume those will take a while to clear. As for Superpuss, I think it's gonna be released soon like I don't think there's any issue when it comes to releasing it aside from Ayesha submitting it late lol. I'd wager we're gonna get Superpuss any time now (probably on Sunday or early next week), with H4U being officially released mid to late-March.
  4. Stephen also has an MV that was released as promotional material iirc
  5. I'm trying to be optimistic but I kinda doubt that it's coming. I feel like it's a distributor thing, but then again, I'm not sure how the distribution timeline works.
  6. I remember hearing Sucker first and enjoying it. I visited True Romance later-on and I enjoyed it as well, but it has less replay value for me than Sucker. Grins is one of her all time best songs though.
  7. Where the hell is Von Dutch, Charli?
  8. Saw this on reddit just recently. I don't think Ayesha ever posted about this, which I found odd. It's very different from anything she's ever worked on and I kinda dig it. If anyone's curious how she'd sound if she hops on someone with a more mainstream-like sound, this is it. https://on.soundcloud.com/vUTtiUygy5whzuAQ9
  9. I'm glad she changed her mind about H4U and going with the original unreleased songs. I'm sure that's much easier to pull off anyway considering H4U was already near completion before it was scrapped if I remember correctly. Really excited to hear "Anna Nicole" like that one always intrigued me.
  10. I really don't know what to feel about this. Like yeah the Taylor climate terrorist memes are funny, but at the same time it's also absurd to think someone of her caliber of fame can just ride commercial flights without any ruckus. I feel like the best way to like make this work is to like ask for a hefty fee for private jet users which can then be used for environmental purposes. Like I'm not the biggest fan of Taylor but it's absolutely absurd how people disregard her safety and privacy concerns (which are all valid imo). This is a grey area issue imo and I feel like people don't really acknowledge that given how polarizing Taylor is.
  11. Wow, it really sounds different! It's a lot punchier than the one on Spotify. That's so cool!
  12. Time for a Crime's outro is magical. I'm not sure if they're for TOTL3 though like they're kinda heavy but they're not necessarily the same vibe as TOTL in general. I bet they are scrapped FTB tracks rather than for TOTL3.
  13. This discussion about Taylor's lyricism reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend. The appeal of Taylor's lyricisms is not that it's deep or introspective but rather it's something everyone can consume without much resistance. You don't need to think about her lyrics too much, but they're not as overtly vapid as well that it allows people to think they're on to something by figuring out what Taylor meant with her lyrics when in reality someone with at least a 3rd grade education can decipher them no issues. She's basically the fast food of songwriting - mass produced, appeals to the lowest denominator, inoffensive, and very easy to consume. Nothing wrong with that liking that. I can't be a hypocrite and say that she's not one of my top artists. But I will never once declare her as a genius songwriter by virtue of her creativity. She's a genius songwriter yes, but it's because she's good at making them digestible to everyone, which is perfect for a pop artist.
  14. Watching her performances during her debut era reminded me why I stanned her in the first place.
  15. Wasn't she supposed to release an album last year? What happened to that?
  16. Nothing about this era is sticking for me so far. Some call the past two singles a "grower" but I just think they're generic af.
  17. I disagree with this. While her main releases date back from 2017, I think she's had a lot of old demos and other music going all the way back from the early 2010s (with the EP One Piece of Tape being one of her very first "official" music releases in 2011). She also wrote some jingles for adverts back in the day. No one in their right mind would stick to making music that long without being passionate for it. I definitely don't question Kim's passion in music but I do question her desperation for success. I think both her and Slayyyter are very similar but the thing is that Kim chose success as a priority whereas Slayyyter seems to be sticking to her guns and standing firm with her artistic identity. Then again, Slayyyter has no experience dealing with a major label so things might change if she gets signed to one. Kim's outputs before she got into Republic felt cohesive and have a clear vision, so I think signing with a major label had something to do with that.
  18. She probably hand picked fans who are social media savvy but are tech illiterate/soft enough not to dare to leak music.
  19. I actually really love Chromatica. I mourn for the era that it could have been without covid getting in the way. Joanne is the only album that didn't really hit it for me like even Artpop had some pretty high highs.
  20. Excited for this! Sucks I have to wait for a few more hours but I'm optimistic it's gonna be worth it.
  21. Her recent tweets about the whole fallout is quite good I must say. She felt apologetic and she acknowledged how she was out of line and has a lot of issues to work on. Hopefully she stays off twitter for a while. I really don't think it's the social media platform for her. There are still some nasty Kim stans poking the bear but I hope she just ignores them since they're mostly worthless and irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. Plus I'm sure Kim has nothing to do with how the stans act. It's just a byproduct of shitty stan culture.
  22. I don't know what I expected. I didn't like Slut Pop 1 and it feels more or less the same. I guess I prefer this one by shear virtue that I actually really love Whale Cock. Head Head Honcho, Can We Fuck, and Get Fucked are decent as well I guess.
  23. I never thought Beyonce doing country would work but then again she's a Texas girl so it makes total sense. I love Texas Hold 'Em!
  24. Honestly fuck those online twitter stans, they deserve the worst. However, revealing all of her insecurities by going on a tangent on twitter later on was not a good look. Her comments about Kim's transition journey really didn't sit right with me but they also stem from insecurity so I totally get that as well. If what she said was true about Republic Records, then that's a huge opportunity loss for her and I absolutely get being mad about it and then the Kim stans went on to rile her up more and here we are. Hopefully things blow over soon. I really think twitter is not the social media platform for her. She was doing much better fully sticking on IG.
  25. Slut Pop 1 was bad like I completely agree with that. But at least lets wait until Slut Pop Miami comes out before we cast our verdicts for this one.
