The harassment on Lanas Instagram has died down by orders of magnitude in the past couple days. Please address people who are harassing people or making abusive comments, and remind them that doing that, in no way helps their cause, or anyone else, and causes more anger, resentment and despondence. Can you cite a producer that has the same attention to detail on complex effect applications to clips? 

Well, it's to create discounts and presaves on things like merch or tickets for loyal fans. Also, Instagram doesn't pay you for your traffic, from a business perspective. But it's also to get data from fans to know where to perform and things like that. 
Also there is no way to solve the scalper problem except by creating a system for fans to sign on that show they are loyal fans and can earn positions in line to sell tickets so they can guarantee they get a ticket.

just a lil fyi - the pre save option is something that’s quite common for artists on their websites, it just means that all future releases will be automatically saved to ur streaming library upon release (so more streams and revenue that way!), not necessarily a sign of anything to come unfortunately! more of a long term marketing plan really. but we can still hope! 

Probably just been busy, and didn't think it was top priority, but now she's probably pissed about getting everything erased, and frustrated with the interwebs, and might have more time to devote to it. I mean if we are just getting everything we do erased then maybe we need a backup? I've been backing up some of my stuff to a site called urbit you can model yourself because these social media companies obviously can't be fully trusted to protect their services. She might even want something like lanaboards on sjrq. 

For presaves and discounts. Additionally there is no way to defeat scalpers unless you can do presales to loyal fans. The only way to do that is to have some type of profile on a website that she has control over.

I deactivated my personal instagram about a year ago, it's been a weight off my shoulders. I was also being stalked, and it was causing paranoia. I can't imagine how it is for a public figure like Lana. I sympathise. 

The ironic thing is so many people are obsessed with their following and presence on social media and she just deletes it all and starts over. I've been thinking about doing the same thing for some time. Not just because I've said and done a lot of dumb shit on social media, but there is something to be said about the benefits of what a reset does to your thinking. Considering there seems to be a lot more pressure on people like her, it's understandable to need to make changes like that. Even though they may seem extreme, it doesn't mean it's unhealthy or that she's crazy.

A more intimate and calm version of the song. Sure, could have some strings in there and maybe more guitar, but some parts were sung more interestingly and it seems the tone is more delicate. There original has a lot going on and she really tries to get you closer to the imagery by toning it down. I feel it's easier for me to picture the scenes in my mind with Lana's version. The song already meant a lot to me, and now much more so.
