Literally every song from this album so far is fantastic in my opinion. I've seen a lot of comments from users on this forum saying he's "overrated" and "pretentious" and a whole other heap of insults, but from what I am hearing of his music, I don't really know where these comments are coming from. I'm starting to wonder whether any of these naysayers have even heard a song from FJM. The lyrics in each of these songs are brilliant, they're so philosophical and thought-provoking. I personally love how in "Two Wildly Different Perspectives" you can apply the lyrics to both liberalism and conservatism, depending on your interpretation. And the repetition of "on both sides" seems to reiterate that theory. I like how in that song he makes a statement about both liberal and conservative ideologies as it seems more balanced and objective in a sense, analyzing the thought processes of both the parties. And the melody in "The Ballad of the Dying Man" is just heavenly. I love how he uses his higher register in the refrain, and the ending melodies are just beautiful. I'm really excited for this album based on the songs we've heard so far, and as a new fan, I'm going to have to look into his other material now to see what I think.

Honestly I LOVED the John Wayne visuals. The colors, the editing, the choreography, everything was perfect. Definitely her best this era. The Perfect Illusion video gave me an epileptic fit followed by a headache and the Million Reasons video was very underwhelming and forgettable for me, but this video certainly redeemed the era!

It's nice and it's a bop and I like the ~subversive political commentary but the actual melody/lyrics overall are still kinda basic.

The stuff she previewed from the mixtape sound fantastic, but Bounce is just... idk, this might just be the worst song Charli will release, in my opinion. There is very little I like about the song tbh and I'm sad because I want to like it, but I just... I just can't.

Her new song "Chained to the Rhythm" is out and it's a pretty good song! For me, it's nothing groundbreaking but then again I don't really listen to artists like Katy Perry for something deep or philosophical, rather just some fun bops, so in that sense this song certainly delivers for me!

These two are actually pretty good. I have listened to all of their material pretty much since the beginning and it's nice to see they shifted away from the more generic pop side of things to more indie/self-produced stuff

Wow!!! Just watched the performance it's honestly breathtaking! I know that some of y'all are disappointed that she neglected Artpop but tbh, I think she did choose a good assortment of songs. After all, this isn't like one of her own concerts where she can just sing whatever she wants because the fans there will know a lot of her material... this is a MASSIVE event and I'm sure that not everyone would know her other stuff, so of course she had to perform her bigger hits. (Plus, she has so many good and popular hits to choose from so there was no way she'd be able to do everything in 13 minutes) The choreography and dancing was fantastic, and I personally loved the subtle political undertones, especially considering Mike Pence was apparently there in the audience. Imagine this man who advocates to electroshock therapy for gay people, seeing an entire performance of BTW supporting LGBT rights and people of different ethnicities. It's fantastic, because she didn't do anything explicitly political but I think the message of that song speaks for itself, and I'm sure she picked that song and sung it very clearly and loudly to certainly make a message. Regardless that was a fantastic performance and I'm excited to see the dates for her world tour!

I also kind of feel like half of y'all haven't even heard the song and you're just making up random info to sound xcxlusive. I mean, it's really not that hard to predict something accurately. It's likely it'll be a relatively slow song (like most of Lana's discography) and sound beautiful and cinematic to some extent. Plus, we already knew that the song has guitars and drums, since Eclipse told us that. If you haven't heard the song, don't even waste our time making up "alternative facts" that you plucked out of your behind. And if you have heard the song, please don't leak it!

This is a video I stumbled upon about Melania Trump and the possibility of her being abused by her husband, and honestly it is so disturbing. I don't know if I'm just buying into a lame conspiracy theory but there is definitely something fishy about a lot of these clips! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMV1HA2O3x8 The body language and undeniable lack of chemistry between the two is already rather awkward to watch, but seeing the way that Donald Trump just completely ignores and fails to acknowledge his wife's presence in a lot of these clips is appalling! The way that he doesn't let her answer any questions in a lot of the interviews speaks volumes to me, about the level of power he seems to hold over her. I cannot believe the way that he speaks about her body being more important than her personality, and how he says that he "goes off the roof" if dinner isn't ready when he arrives home, as if his wife is just some kind of commodity or robot meant to do all the jobs for him and provide sexual moments with, like she is some housewife from the 1950s/60s. And of course, that appalling footage of him openly condoning sexual assault... and the ELEVEN women who have made charges against him, claiming he has raped them. Of course, rape is much more serious than just abusing someone through emotional manipulation, but I doubt that each of these women, including his own ex-wife, would have just made up these claims for no reason! ....But what got me the most out of everything in this video is the way that Melania's face immediately lights up with a fake smile when he turns to her, then instantly drops the second he turns away, moulding into a face full of fear and dread. That is not the face of a mentally healthy woman, that is the face of a disturbed and scared woman, and anyone who says otherwise is absolutely kidding themselves! Regardless of whether she is really being abused or not, all I can say is that this is certainly no way for anyone to treat a partner in a relationship! I am so upset that such a lovely couple like Michelle and Barack Obama are no longer the ones in the White House. They were such class acts, so dignified and clearly had a lot of love, adoration and respect for one another. Seeing such a disconnected pair like Trump and Melania is so disheartening. I really feel for Melania, being married to such a disgusting, vile swine like him, especially if the suspicions that she is being abused are actually true! I hope everything is OK and she is not being abused.
