I never hated Jack or his muffled pianos, they were cool tho. Ofc there are songs like Love song sounds too uninspired to have a replay value, but they are still music with pure quality that you almost can't find nowhere these days.
 
NFR is still my top 3 fav album from Lana so an NFR 2.0 era would never hurt. The Jack joke's are fun and all but as I said before all this: He is unnecessarily overhated. 
 
And let us not forget - He helped Lana made Venice Bitch, White Dress & Chemtrails Over the Country Club title track. That's on that.

It's ridicolous to discuss Jack's producer talent, I mean he just got a Grammy? We should be grateful that he's working with Lana right now, a lot of artists can only dream to be in this situation.

I don't even understand where the obsession with piano ballads even came from tbh, I don't consider NFR or Chemtrails piano albums at all

Do people realize that—throughout Lana’s career—many of her songs have started as voice memos (or even just little melodies she’d hum) that were later assigned chords on piano and then repackaged with different production once the melody and chord progression was figured out? This process is neither new to Lana nor specific to Jack.

Toying around with lyrics in the studio, using voice memos, going in the studio for fun, etc. aren’t measures of work ethic, inspiration, or quality. In fact, Antonoff (and other producers/engineers) himself has talked about her stubbornness in the studio. An artist with little care or motivation for her work will not fight to see it manifested how she wants it.

how could you say the bombastic songs are "horrible" when the best lana songs recently have all been bombastic (vb, wd, dealer, bbs, wfwf, etc.?) 

Well, we have no proof the final song will be piano only. 

It's so funny that Jack is blamed for the piano ballads LOL 
 
It's also so funny that people are complaining about another piano ballad when we know literally nothing about the song other than the fact that Jack has a piano in his studio 

i'm annoyed with the people complaining about it possibly being a piano ballad. a new song is a new song 🤷‍♀️ someone on insta is already calling it trash. just because it's not what you want doesnt make it "trash," i actually loved the piano ballads and i'm excited nonetheless. hopefully they release it  

Why are people freaking out? (In a "not him again" way. Obviously I understand being excited for our first real confirmation of new songs). We already knew Jack was involved in the album and we don't know anything about the song(s) 
Also piano is basically the starting point of every song. Is the best instrument to start composing on and accompany a raw melody so that doesn't mean it's a piano only ballad (and we are definitely getting a couple of those anyway)
 

The last time they went down that approach, we got White Dress, so I’m not too worried.
