What? She still has the low range. She can do it. It's just not natural and she'd rather stay in her comfort zone (that's why she raised the key of some songs with very low notes on the LATTMT) It's the high notes that she cannot hit properly anymore. But she's holding back. I don't know what kind of technique she's been trying since 2017, but it's very bad and will never allow her to hit the notes the right way.

Went for a drive after the gym to this fountain where I used to live around, and just listened to VB. But I wanted more magic, and decided to drive all the way to the fucking beach while it was playing, and the amount of people out so fucking late at night on a Sunday astounds me. Gave me so much fucking anxiety having to share the road w these peeps, mind ya, I usually go a lot later to just drive w the windows down, w some soft music, but holy shit. Was playing VB then, and it didn't help. 13 Beaches came on and it was fucking perfect tho, I didn't even realize it was playing til like the chorus and I was like oh shit. Magicccc 

Moral of the story. Traffic is a little bitch but it's so powerful

I personally think we're at a cooling period atm, and it fucking sucks bc I get so impatient and feel like the wonder for the record, at least for me, is dwindling rapidly, which even after the fucking wait and July 21st fam, LFL, was a pretty great era compared to this, w the posters, the magazine rollout, interviews etc..

 

I'm still down for this record for the fucking closure of it, and if it sticks, it sticks. If not, i'll just have to fucking manifest some more experiences til it gets me rev'd up again. Hope someone smiles at you randomly, and that they buy lunch for u or some sweet gesture. Keep going, u'll fucking realize u were stronger than u thought u were. And when that fucking happens, I hope u have enough zest mustered in u to fucking laugh at urself and positively self-affirm urself how u see fit.

Here’s the thing about that rant, and I mean no disrespect, but are leakers legit going to grow a conscious now? I don’t care for half of her unreleased songs, because they’re some of her worst material (obviously because some have the bad production/weaker lyrics/some were a good draft for final songs- but that’s it, a draft), and I think most of us could’ve lived without hearing some of them- but I doubt most of us are seriously asking for the leaks of new material? It’s stupid, and I’m still pissed at the people who leaked BAR. Personally idc how long an artist takes to release new music- Lana could take a 5 year hiatus and I’d wish her the best and still listen to her music. What I hate is the disrespect and unprofessionalism coming from her team, the vague album updates, the odd choice in releasing singles that aren’t official singles (???) (prob) almost a year before the album, her decision in joining those church circles (girl, of all places to find yourself after claiming you used to be in a cult that one time), all of this when the era started so hopeful and felt like a positive turning point after the disappointment LFL was. It isn’t that hard to understand where the frustration is coming from. Watch those same people getting mad at people voicing their confusion and disappointment start ranting in a couple of months about the same shit too.

Here is the thing : NFR is an intimate project who only involved a very limited amount of people, and it's mainly just Lana and Jack. The chances of getting leaks are super low, unlike when she works with more people and songs are circulating. If something from NFR leaks, you can almost be sure Jack or Laura would be the leaker, if Lana doesn't leak herself.
