Being a public figure does not mean being perfect all the time. Don't forget that she's human and not a robot serving looks all the time. It seemed to be a cute little party like teens like to do, why would she come with makeup and a sexy dress?

1. Just because she is famous, that does not mean she should wear make up or 'make an effort'. Lana is a human like everyone else.

 

2. Not wearing make up is perfectly fine, and just because her friends are wearing make up, it doesn't mean Lana should wear make up

 

3. Not wearing make up does not mean something is wrong with her - maybe, just maybe, she feels comfortable enough in her own skin to not feel the need to wear make up? Please note, this is NOT a criticism of people who do wear make up.
