'Looking for America' and 'Season of the Witch' wouldn't fit in at all lyrically on NFR. Doin' Time fits in perfectly with the whole vibe of the album.

I'm so eager to hear how the record opens, and I mean those verrrry first seconds of the first track that always seem to me to be emblematic of everything that follows

Like btd - that huge orchestral explosion
Paradise - somber rain and deep dark vocal humming
Uv - the opening desert rock chords of cruel world are UNBEATEN
Hm - those horror movie strings get me every time
Lfl - whatever

But imagine how nfr will begin! One of the things I'm anticipating the most, especially since we already know how the album closes

I'm predicting the same simple / plucky loose piano as in the snippet, but I reckon that sort of slack instrumental would be perfect to capture the carefree feeling of nfr
