Anthony 3,348 Posted November 18, 2020 It's not music, but... "Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass" ? I haven't been able to hear the audiobook completely until today. I sleep halfway through.
Beautiful Loser 48,839 Posted November 18, 2020 This has helped me for over a year now. I put my phone on absolute minimal volume so I can barely hear it, but when I do, it helps me to focus on the melodies instead of my rapid thoughts. (Interestingly, rain ASMR videos don't put me to sleep at all, but this works!) And some weeks ago, I noticed that the sound from the dishwasher made me sleepy, so I put on this video sometimes to help me fall asleep too. x) 5 Quote LB DEMOGRAPHICS SURVEY 2024 | SECRET SANTA 2024
rightofjupiter 16,596 Posted November 18, 2020 i just downloaded that new sound app that grimes collabed on (AI lullaby on Endel) and have used it the past two nights to great success, so highly recommend that. i have also fallen asleep a few times listening to violet (v soothing). i also really like the guided meditations (free at ucla website) for sleep; they have some in english and spanish: https://www.uclahealth.org/marc/mindful-meditations

White Hot Forever 4,223 Posted November 18, 2020 3:36 (music to sleep to) by Poppy! It was originally released in 2016 but she recently put it on streaming platforms with different versions of some of the tracks. I C U (music to read to) is also good for sleeping. 1 Quote 𐌔Ꝋ𐌋ᕓ𐌄 𐌄𐌕 𐌂Ꝋ𐌀Ᏽ𐌵𐌋𐌀

Mer 61,775 Posted November 19, 2020 How do you all listen to music with lyrics when sleeping? It just makes me think too much lol. I like ambient sounds with thunderstorms in the background! Apple Music has some great ambient playlists! 1 Quote ⊹ (:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅) ⊹ 𓊔 I took the miracle move on drug 𓊔 ⚕️ The effects were temporary ⚕️ ⊹ (:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅) ⊹
