Well maybe the bars she used to work in as a waitress were open-mic bars or bars were bands could play, so maybe that line is about her serving to a group of music business men who were having a drink at the bar, watching the shows. That's how I felt the line.

Well, she was nineteen in 2005 which was around the time when she made demo albums like Sirens and Young Like Me. We know she was handing out CDs to people so I figured she would also go to some label or something like that. The lyric “it was such a scene, but it made me feel seen” hits so hard. She wanted to kickstart her music career at the time but was also trying to make ends meet with being a waitress.

Dula Peep (same managers) released her single 1-2 days before her deluxe album so I see white dress being the same 

Knowing Lana it won't be released before. Music video will be posted release day. If not, she probably scrapped it

Yeah that makes sense I got excited the other day when I got the notification she posted on insta and I opened it to the dreaded beans  I was so ready for something literally anything about the album
