I absolutely hate when people do that. Isn't it better when you display the number of copies left and the numbers decreasing so people will buy it as fast as they can? This tactic is as old as influencers started convincing people their whack products are sold out.

Im a little annoyed cause my Umusic .ca order got refunded (at least I think it did) and I dont understand how or why cause my order is still confirmed and they did charge me at first cause I have the history of my transactions but now the transaction is gone when I call my bank and now have the same amount of money back in my account for my order. Did this happen to anyone else? I'm like I just want to know if my order is still coming but I don't think so now.

sometimes when i pay through paypal i get charged and then i get the money back within a week if it’s a preorder and then when it finally ships it’ll charge again

Sometimes it does happen, especially with pre-orders. They first charge you to verify your credit and then they give you back the money again; finally on the release day you will be charged again, this time permanently. Anyways, I would contact Umusic just to be sure, but the procedure above is pretty regular in most of the cases!
