My lighter from the UK store was delivered today!! Its smaller than I expected but I love it, its so cute!

 

For anyone else waiting in the US who ordered from the UK store, I got the shipping confirmation email on May 24th, so it took about two weeks to get to me here on the east coast

if they don’t exchange it: buy a new one, wait for it to sell out and then sell the broken one for a slightly lower price than other resellers 🤑

Which store did you order from?

 

I know the US customer service email is lanadelrey@umgstores.com but I'm not sure about the other ones...I think the UK one has a customer service form on their website

I have the same problem with the UK store. Still waiting for my stuff and they deleted my account.

They shipped my order for the end of the month this morning! Which wouldn't be a problem if I weren't in the middle of trying to tweak my street address The webstore wouldn't let me input more than 30 characters for my street so I had to put down my address numbers under address line 2 and my street name on the first line  The post should be able to figure it out, right?..
