I think they will probably be livestreamed on cable TV in the country where it is happening, so there's not a guarantee it will be available internationally

 

I think sometimes festivals are streamed on YouTube too, but we may just have to wait for a recording after the show/rely on people actually there who might be livestreaming or recording it
