I have a feeling that she'll get rid of the 'Lasso' title and change the title to something more iconic. That name is horrendous and boring.

Most of these are final names being announced first. We only know of the other ones after the names have been finalized.

Now that I'm fully awake and realized the news are in fact real... I'M SO HAPPY! 

And curious, I do wonder what type of country the album will sound like... But either way, I'm extremely excited! 

 

Sadly, I know I can't trust her, so "Lasso" (or whatever the album will be renamed) will probably come out sometime next year

I love the title Lasso, it's perfect to me. Simple, evocative, country, and a lasso is used to catch people and pull them in just like Lana's going to do to us once again  I see a future classic on the horizon

Also as a Midwestern with Southern roots, I feel like the people complaining don't understand exactly what falls under the 'country' umbrella. The Henry snippet sounds great and I have a lot of faith that she can pull it off.

id prefer a verb if anything.. Lassoed lol

 

honestly, changing it to lassoed produces an image in my mind of the lasso in use and has cute little side meanings.. but lasso, it’s like it’s dead on the ground to me haha 

I feel the same way lol like its just an object... I guess its the most similar to Blue Banisters, but more like if she had just named it "Banister" lol

Me too.. but I already made a start on my yeehaw seeing Lana in those cowboy boots 24/7, so u already bought 2 pair. This can only mean I’m going to full emerge myself in it when the album is released lol
