How about...?

Gypsy

Illuminati

and maybe something South American? Maybe Aztec?

Gypsy is too messy because I doubt they want to either attack a culture by not honoring them properly, or it would have no consistent storyline. And Illuminati would be great but once again we know nothing about them at all...maybe secret societies in general would be best?

Cool AHS season ideas

Brothel

Roanoke (Native Americans)

Swamp

Aliens (?)

Broadway

I'd personally only want a season about Brothels, Roanoke myths + Broadway.

As if we wanna give him an excuse to add more musical numbers

smh that was corny af sry. best bit was the brothel/snuff film sequence. a step up from the last few eps but still doesn't even touch the ahs golden seasons.

I thought the part with Twisty's story was so depressing.

American Horror Story.

South American

The term "American" does not exclude South America.

Oh my god, semantics. It's not gonna happen.

Okay okay...it was just an idea anyway. :ohno:

idk how many of you saw this article, but Ryan Murphy basically confirmed that all seasons of AHS are actually connected, with Pepper and Sister Mary Eunice being the first link between seasons.

We have good news for your crazy conspiracy theorists: You're not so crazy after all!

After two characters from Asylum were revealed to be showing up on American Horror Story: Freak Show, Pepper (Naomi Grossman) and Sister Mary Eunice (Lily Rabe), fans began to theorize that all of the seasons of the FX hit are somehow connected.

And now, co-creator Ryan Murphy has finally ended the speculation: All of AHS' seasons are in fact connected!

"They're all connected. We're just beginning to tell you how they're connected," Murphy said in an interview with EW.com.

"They're all very separate but there's clues every season that we're now telling you how the different worlds are intertwined."

Murphy also revealed that some of the fan theories he's read online are "completely right," saying, "That's the fun of the show. Hopefully by the end of the run, be it 10 years or 15 years, people will be able to stand back and be able to say, "Oh that was connected to x."

Sister Eunice is the first major acknowledgement of the connection between the different seasons, with Murphy saying, "The interesting thing about doing a show like this is every season is incredibly its own story and its own beginning, middle and end. Its own journey. But we have always from the very beginning in the intertwining mythologies and how things connect. This is the first year where we begin to tell you that season two is connected to season four which is connected to season one...there's definitely a rhyme or a reason and a connectedness to all of these seasons, but in the same way, they're standalones, which is the fun of it. But it is a puzzle. And Lily coming back and dealing with Pepper is sort of the first unveiling of that connectedness."

And in addition to connecting to previous seasons, Freak Show already has dropped a "big season five clue," Murphy spilled: the top hat on the cup of coffee given to Maggie (Emma Roberts) by the police. Hm...

Murphy also dropped a major spoiler about a fan favorite Freak Show character, who was (Spoiler Alert!) killed off in the most recent episode; though he died, Twisty the Clown will in fact he back later this season.

"Twisty is not over, and neither is Edward Mordrake. They both make triumphant returns," Murphy said. "I was shocked to read so many of these 'RIP Twisty' websites and blogs have sprung up. People love Twisty...He will return."

How is 4 connected to 1?

I wonder

also the top hat would point to something like magic and not aliens like previously suspected

IDK about 4 to 1 but I'm definitely calling it now that Nora and Charles Montgomery from S1 is related to Madison Montgomery in S3. I can only really see S3+S4, S2+S4 and S1+S3 links so far.

I'm on the AHS Wikia for Maggie Esmerelda and a few of the comments were about Emma  Robert's Coven character Madison not being about to pass the Seven Wonders due to her lack of Divination skills, whereas in Freakshow her character is primarily based in being a divination expert. Some people are also reaching by saying Maggie and Madison are related some how (possibly grandmother/granddaughter) because both have magical abilities. Madison grew up knowing of witch craft and exploited her various gifts to get ahead in life but Maggie didn't. She seems to have been trained as a con artist with no knowledge of her untapped "power". Like when she used the crystal ball to tell Elsa of a "a strange man who will make her dreams come true" was actually Edward Mordrake and not her accomplice Stanley.

Oh and I just noticed that Benjamin Woolf played Thaddeus and Meep, both creatures that eat living things. Maybe that's another S1+S4 link?

i liked that episode but Twistys backstory doesnt really work for me, like it doesnt really show how he goes from innocent simpleton to crazed killer..

I think he was set off by the people who accused him of being a pedophile. He was then run out of their circus and attempting to please children led him to murder others. Then after he survived the attempted suicide he suffered a full psychotic break?
