Are we though? It’s been 4 years already with no quality music and seems like she prefers to release the same fan made beats with orangutan level lyrics like “fuck, fuck, suck, cum, cum” or “put my coconuts in ur mouth”

The instrumentals on some of these songs are actually pretty good , but Kim seems very uninspired (sort of like Ayesha is nowadays - which is a bit ironic given their apparent feud but alas) and lazy. Most of the lyrics are corny and repetitive and the songs are so short/unfinished too, like WTF. 

 

It feels like Kim is resorting to this hypersexual porno aesthetic for an attempt at shock factor and to gain traction on TikTok or whatever. However, it doesn't feel genuine to her, nor does it seem like she's even very invested in producing quality music with it...

Head Head Honcho is all I really need from this ep anyways.. Can we f*ck gets an honorable mention though. Definitely some major duds that are giving bad drag queen music here (Cockblocker, Rim Job) but like i said i don’t know what yall were expecting, slut pop 1 only had 1-2 decent songs too  

 

Some songs just needed a cupcakke feature tbh! 

 

i’m still glad to get it! Music can be dumb & fun at the same time. Life doesn’t have to be that serious.  and like, really. the only difference between slut pop miami & TOTL part 2 is the theme of the project. Both of those eps are dark techno beats with repetitive lyrics. Death by sex literally could have been on slut pop but it gets a pass bc it’s got a Halloween sticker on it. Just saying!
 

The final commercial with the flips & banana blowing up the mansion had me cackling. It’s all so obviously camp & I don’t get why people are hating so much, unless you’re just team ayesha I don’t get it. It’s been a nice quick rollout for a fun era!!! Some of these songs will fit nicely on my gym playlist too.

I totally get you on the it's not that serious topic - except that it wasn't a fun era for me lol, it was just too on the nose that it ended up feeling annoying, more than the first part.

But past the initial disappointment I'll just go back to listen to what I like from Kim's catalog lol. HHH has a very nice instrumental, I would've loved it if it was a completely different track tbh. Same for a couple more songs.

the more i've listened to the ep, the more it's grown on me tbh. the music is still pretty boring in my opinion, but i can definitely see myself enjoying it when driving. I feel like you have to go in with "braindead slut music" mindset to enjoy it, and if that's not your cup of tea, that's fine, it's truly not that deep to me. I have to say, the visuals have been GREAT. I especially love the visualizers. I really love the ps1 graphic/gta look. The gagging blowjob sounds on Gag On It are so fucking funny, and it really made Gag On It one of my favorites. The worst song is Can We Fuck, and thats only because it was so disappointing, great instrumental, great chorus, terrible everything else, which dampens the song by alot. Slut Pop Miami isn't good, but honestly, it kinda makes it more enjoyable to me, like "it's so stupid, i'm into it". but miss Petras, its time to leave Slut Pop behind us, run over dr. luke with that slut pop miami car, burn it and get back to making music that isn't just for the shits and giggles.

 y’all love to complain about how bad and uninspired the EP is, yet you stream it either way cause it has this punchy production Stan twitter gays love (a song being catchy doesn’t mean is good). Then her most streamed songs are 1 minute sex songs with moans and handjob sounds… the label sees those are the ones working and pushes her to release more of this crap. She teases it and y’all act surprised she’s still pushing this image.
