Our most popular movies the past decade have been based on comics, so it's a pretty big thing in pop culture. Some people view comics as things for children, but most comics I've seen recently have been more adult based and are more acceptable as an art form than in the past.

Here's what I've been reading the past year

America Batgirl Bingo Love Bitch Planet Bitter Root Exorsisters Faith Ghost World Hack/Slash Jook Joint LumberJanes Gotham Academy Man-Eater Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur Moonstruck Motor Crush Ms. Marvel Paper Girls Saga Self Made The Silencer Snotigrl Squirrel Girl Tank Girl The Guild Unnatural   I highly suggest Unnatural, Bitter Root, Jook Joint, and Exorsisters. They all started last year so they should be easy to catch up on Imagine Comics has been releasing the best stuff the past few years. If you want to start reading, I suggest literally anything by them you think looks interesting. More classic comics, like Batman, Captain America, Spiderman, etc. have so much back material that I can't even attempt to start. Batgirl is already hard enough to keep up with.

He's a trash person and half of his music is trash, but half of his music saved me when I was younger so there's that. Man That You Fear will forever be the best.

Also, there would've been a thread for him a few years ago, but since metal is a niche here and the metalheads thread flopped, it didn't make sense for me to create threads for every metal/rock person

All it means is that they included an option for some folks to use if they don't feel comfortable with vagina that medical professionals can work to include in their practice or at least recognize if a patient decides to use it .That's it. They're not stripping away anyone's right to say vagina or forcing anyone to say front hole. Anyway, you posted from a site that believes equal marriage rights and laws protecting lgbtq+ equality are destroying their lives as Christians, regularly equates gay men to pedophiles, supports conversion therapy, and actively supports denying lgbtq+ folks housing, jobs, and business. As baddisease said "you've been trolled by people who want you to hate transgender people more than most people already probably do"

So there's allegedly going to be an album. 8 songs have been written and 5 of the songs are already recorded. The release date is supposedly set for sometime in September or October. Idk how true it is since it's from "a source close to the band" but y'all know I'm taking this as the truth for the next 4 months.

As we discussed some time ago (link), misogyny won't be tolerated on LanaBoards.

Criticizing Lana's or any other woman's appearance is disgusting and sexist.

The fact that Lana Del Rey is a millionaire doesn't mean she has to take care of her hair. And I absolutely doubt she doesn't - she's a beach girl, she's swimming in her pool 24/7, and she's letting her hair dye go. What do you expect?

The fact that Lana Del Rey is a celebrity doesn't mean she has to be all dolled up all the time just to please millions of gays (and I say gays because I don't see women or heterosexual men criticizing her appearance).

She literally recorded herself, all happy and excited, to announce the release date of her new, highly expected debut audiobook. She is a musician first and foremost, announcing a beautiful project, and she can do it however she wants. I want to you guys having a real conversation about the album once it's out with the same energy and dedication some of y'all discuss her appearance.

And as our dear @@daisy fresh witch said,

"u aren't criticizing a women's appearance, ur letting all the women & girls on this site know that they r more valued & loved when they r pretty. that their appearance matters more than their thoughts & actions. that any person in the world should b able 2 pick apart ur appearance until u aren't a whole human, but merely an object 2 b looked down upon. u are so much more than ur body"

Everyone who posts this kind of "criticism" will get their deserved WP.

Regarding the drama from a few hours ago, Mr. @@M J is banned already.

He's a cop from a corrupt district that went onto Fox News to claim that "bad media coverage" (meaning reports of police brutality) are causing cops to fear using deadly force, as though that's a bad thing. There's also a loooooot of pro-Trump tweets he's tagged that are linked to his deleted tweets, so he's probably a Trump supporter.

Being a friend of a cop was a loss for the fanbase but her support of him is a loss for the culture.
I can only assume she relates to his personality on some level. Delusions of Police Kindness, issues with profiling - none of which would be a talking point if we weren't speaking about the man she's dating. If you think it's alright to support someone who assumed a black man was apart of a gang because of the color of his shirt - then you need an intervention as much as he does - something so many bootlickers will never get because there just isn't enough help for the issue.
Message sent with concern that will never be addressed.

I have access to 100+ bootlegs too, but most of them are LQ or sound too much alike to really even care about. But if you're interested, let me know.
