she’s being so open about her emotions lately and I can’t help but say that it makes me kind of emotional. u go lana!!!

I dont think Lana feels like she has a place in modern Feminism which is why she never cared for it. Modern feminism is focused on destroying the image of the “submissive” woman. I believe all types of women should be celebrated. If you wanna be a stay at home mom or go out and make your own company, you do you. But don’t shame other women just because their feminism doesn’t look the same as yours on the surface. She also mentioned in her post, women who get their voices taken away from them by stronger women. Shes probably just been judged so much for who she truly is so she doesnt feel apart of it.

i think what makes me most happy about the post, aside from the empowerment ofc poetry books and even the album is like. jeez how real emotions are, and how important it is to get them out. and that it's alright to express them. like- jeez since when was being sad such a crazy thing, it happens everyday, and having that omitted can be an even more frustrating thing. I remember her saying in an interview or somewhere that she had to submit the records 3 months in advanced bc it took 3 months to print the vinyls. So....... the album is probably finished and ready whew when is the first single?!?
