Please do not make any jokes about leaking the album, do not make any open plans to leak it, do not beg for leaks, or make any reference or post any links to released material. Anyone who does this will have their site usage restricted, and potentially may be banned. Please don't push back on this, we will be reacting swiftly towards any users that don't comply.
To clarify, speculation if it has/will leak is also inevitable, however if it does please do not make references to where it has leaked.

Just a friendly reminder to keep all info you get from leaks in spoiler tags, and absolutely no direction to where any leaks can be found, including DM’s

Because Ben and Ed can shut down this site any time they want for any (bullshit or otherwise) reason they want and at least one of them looks at this site on a regular basis
So we do not give them any reason to do that
They can also decide to pursue anyone for any leaks any time they want but as it stands they seem mostly bothered by upcoming material

I think there's a big difference between posting links to songs that apparently won't be released and songs that will commercially impact the career of an artist we love. The last video that Lana posted on instagram hinted that she knew we knew some of the songs, maybe she didn't care that much, but from the moment the album was announced, YouTube links for example started not working anymore. I think the question is to be respectful in relation to a release that will be done officially. In this case, I am totally against disclosing these links.

it absolutely can be - there's a whole area of law dealing with that (intellectual property law)

it's absolutely a legal issue if members on this site are sharing leaks of an album that's about to be released. Elle (i believe) has been spoken to before by Lana's team. It's essentially like stealing a product. Imagine if apple was making a new phone and you stole it from their headquarters. It's the same idea, music just isn't a physical object necessarily. So let's just agree to the rules instead of finding ways to stress out the mods more.
