I’m so happy she went for the non-strings version of Beautiful, the sparkly piano was very silenced in the strings version and that would’ve been a shame because it’s so.. beautiful.mp3.

From me, it's not hate, I just don't think he was the producer for her, even though he did produce many great tracks, like 'The Greatest,' 'Venice Bitch,' 'White Dress,' and the COCC title track. 

Compared to her latest work ( NFR , COCC) I like BB the most. It sounds like a classic. I missed her deeper vocals , the versatility in instrumentation and the experimentation with the sound and her voice. It seems to me more ambitious compared to her latest projects . All of the songs are really catchy melody-wise . The only songs that are not clicking for me still are BB and Arcadia. 

Ageee!!! Jack really did iconic work with her. I don’t get the jack hate however I think what suits Lana best is switching  up producers often, since she is very dynamic.

Jared is having a mental breakdown as we speak  In all seriousness, though, I can't say I don't enjoy songs that Jack has produced because that would be a lie. But there's such a clear difference in quality of instrumentals from Chemtrails to Blue Banisters. Everything feels so much more alive on BB

It's not to say that I think a certain someone is the worst producer out there, but I find that on his work with Lana he used piano in such a basic, tinny and understated kinda way that I was just turned off by those piano driven songs. Whereas on 'Blue Banisters' the piano songs they just sound so different, they're rich, lush and intricate. I am really enjoying those piano driven songs in a way I had not on the past two albums. 

this album made me notice something, lana piano songs stopped making me feel sexy in the antonoffian era.. but now they do again

I just want to say I love Lana Del Rey, and I hope she has a fantastic release day and lots of sales this week. She really deserves it

Okay wow this is a beautiful, deep, personal and perfectly dense and detailed album. I love how she really told her story, her way, like she said she would. And life is messy, beautiful, complex, just like this perfect album. So much to digest and definitely want to do a handful of listens to unpack this story of hers before I make final statements. 
 
First listen favs:
BBS (wild!), if you lie down, beautiful, dealer, living legend was an unexpected fav, Sweet Carolina. And I think WW Is one of the best most poetic songs of her career, Arcadia as well. Wow can’t wait to keep listening. Also after seeing BB video I have a new appreciation for the song.
