What if Lana finished COCC but interscope were like ‘no this music is too personal and you got too much hate for this in 2012 so we can’t release it’ which sparked the question for the culture post, where she dropped the 5th september date to try and force interscope to let her release but they never gave in so eventually she gave in and had to delay the album to change everything omg 

I just want to know... who put the music in the background?? Was it Lana herself?

i don’t think he’s involved with the video portion of this project - when Lana tagged the two in the comments, she used the photo camera emoji (?) before Neil’s tag & the video camera emoji (?) for BRTHR. I’m assuming he’s taking photographs on the video set to be used for an album/single cover or promo, sort of like what he did with West Coast, Shades of Cool, Freak, etc. x

I'm sorry but I'll take Neil's sorta futuristic, highly stylistic and fully conceptual vision over Chuck's simple and quite frankly amateur/DIY through and through approach. 
(this isn't really a Chuck slander btw, I've seen some of her work with other artists and magazines and it's honestly good, it's just her work with Lana that's super underwhelming and forgettable to me)

To me it just sounds like they're interpreting the post as her saying it's delayed when she says "soon" instead of being #TeamDelusional, not that they have insider info

Yes the Violet release date seems more solid than COCC but who knows. I am just glad to see her happy and addressing her fans. Not sure when this was made. I hope she was joking about seeing her in 2029. I'll be 72. I'm getting anxiety just thinking of battling the crowd at that age. "Out of my way you young whippersnapper, I saw Lana at the El Rey back in the day".

I showed this video to my cousin who is a graphic designer and video editor, he told me the that the masks the people are wearing in the background are fake. They were added in and this was actually shot in December but they wanted to throw us off. COCC is coming this weekend

You know what I haven't seen  her little backup dancers... they were good for the time being but they needed to be scrapped for this era of vanity and self absorption 

I thought she meant seeing the video she was shooting, not the ig one
