    Also ordered from Fnac and my copy was perfectly fine.

    I think it's not a refund, it is a discount voucher to be used on your next order. I know that because I complained about a Lady Gaga vinyl last year and that's what they offered me. Either that or a full refund if you ship it back to them. They say can not replace it because it's sold out. Fnac will never fully refund you unless you send it back.

    it's 2023 why are you picking up the phone and calling a bank to "transfer" a small amount of money that sounds like such a waste of time    does ur bank not have an app basically every reputable bank has one

    I'm not 100% sure about this, maybe you can ask the contact service but I read somewhere that the UK has recently stopped asking for/generating taxes to/from European orders during 2021 and that they will re-start charging import/export charges again 2022.

    Yeah, I noticed this too. I got the grey, red and yellow variants and there is surface noise in all of them. I'm used to the pristine quality all Lana vinyls usually have.
