what im saying is she does nothing that is of interest live most of the times. unless it's an acoustic song, all she does is karaoke over the instrumentals, so you would get a "Live" that is her live vocals, possibly edited, to the instrumental. it would be at best identical to the studio recording and at worst just a worse version of the studio. and im certainly not asking for live version of lana or charli as for her being off key, she is frequently off key in every song she does. when i say off key i don't mean she is off key throughout the song but she misses quite a few notes while singing. which is fine for a singer of her stature/workload but it's not necessarily enjoyable the only time taylor's vocals were REALLY giving was during speak now and those live versions are to this day some of her best works. but her matured voice doesn't really do well in a live setting

what's the point of a live album? her vocals are seldom good. the only actually good vocals she's given this era is for evermore and it was one time and even then she was off key pretty often

FROOT has soo much material like visual demos etc... there's a WEALTH of stuff she could use to make a banging anniversary edition but i doubt she will. but like.... even just using the original FROOT cover (the one not photoshopped of her in a bra with orange lighting) would be so cool

ive been listening to perverts and it's just good honestly! i get why some people might not be into it at first cause it's definitely not as accessible as preachers daughter (which IMO is as pop as it gets... despite what people might think) but it's a very good project. i wish she actually followed through with the initial concepts though? like have each song represent a perversion it would have been nice

yeah this is true. A lot of people made fun of Weeds bc it was repetitive, Gold, Savages bc of the corny lyrics, etc… little did we know what was coming next

no FROOT was definitely well received! Just not as well as EH and TFJ but it's not like people hated it. even the critics liked it i do think that, up until then, it was probably her weakest project because it's not sonically as varied and some songs just kinda "fade" into the background. but it's still a great record IMO. now having said that... i also believe shitting on the snippet is pointless. like just wait for the drop! it doesn't even sound THAT bad

youre making no sense... wtf? charli has been making music and flopping for over 10 years. why did the label choose to manufacture her success in 2024? the money machine behind the scenes must not have been working very well for pretty much the entirety of her career. "the aftermath will be the same for charli" charli si already one of the most decorated and critically acclaimed artists of her generation. she's successful, she's versatile, she's not going anywhere

she's not an industry plant but she was quite literally whored out by her mother who desperately tried to get her kids to become famous any way she could. she was lucky that billie is somewhat talented/likeable and that finneas is actually a good songwriter.. also billie is one of the best selling artists of her generation? id say she's good. and it's normal that success declines after a few years especially when you keep churning out the same shit over and over. billie's debut was in like 2017-2018? that's almost 8 years of global fame. for comparison katy perry's peak lasted about 7 years, from 2007 to 2014.
