The song I most want to hear is Kintsugi
It's really interesting to me that she chose this title because in an IG live just after NFR dropped, I really wanted to know what the lyric in FIILY was (at the time we did not know it was "jazz is in my veins")
And I knew cos she didn't follow me that I'd have to spam the shit out the question for her to even see it in the chat. But I was very dedicated to the cause, and right at the end I was just like "WHAT IS IN YOUR VEINS?????" and she finally saw it because she said, "What's in your veins? Gold" without any hesitation and it was so amazing and hilarious because she didn't answer the question at all but her answer was even better than if she'd actually answered
And kintsugi is basically gold veins and I haven't stopped thinking about that

I can't wait to hear the diff interpretations on this lyric, of course they can already be made but imo it always works best when you've heard the song in full.. when you know whatever comes before/after & what the general theme is. I'm sure Fingertips alone will have a loooooot to be unpacked.

As someone who doesn't mind Jack's voice, I feel open minded towards Margaret. I think it will be a really cute song!

-I’ve been practicing meditative automatic singing, where I don’t filter anything. I’ll just sing whatever comes to mind into my Voice Notes app. It’s not perfect, obviously. There are pauses, and I stumble. But I’ve been sending those really raw-sounding files to a composer, Drew Erickson, and he’ll add an orchestra beneath the words, matching each syllable with music and adding reverb to my voice. When I’m automatic singing, I don’t have the time and leisure to think about things in terms of colors. It’s very cerebral. In Honeymoon, there were so many color references. For this new music, there’s none of that at all. It’s more just like: I’m angry. The songs are very conversational. For the first song, I pressed record and sang. It’s a very wordy album. So there’s no room for color. It’s almost like I’m typing in my mind.

-RIOPY told Classic FM, “[Lana] reached out to me and told me she loved my music, she had fallen in love with the track, and she had written lyrics on top of it. The song Lana wrote is called Grandfather please stand on the shoulders of my father while he’s deep-sea fishing and is track number 11 on her new album coming in March later this year. “When I first went to listen to her piece,” RIOPY continued, “I was scared, because you know – that’s my music, and I'm not in the pop world, so I didn’t know what to expect. “But the first time I heard it I could see... the sea. I saw the liquid blue. I think she did a great job – it’s very elegant, and it’s very classy.”
 

Yet whenever she does tour next it's going to be the same old setlist...the Born to Die singles that have been played to death and three songs from her most recent album 

Its always so interesting seeing which snippets Lana decides to share before the album and why she chooses those songs in particular...
 
Like with NFR we had a bunch but you could tell she was sharing her singing along to them because she was very excited about the songs 
 
With Chemtrails she shared TJF first, and we did get a preview of the title track with the promo
 
BB we got a teaser with a snippet of the title track and later on a snippet of Arcadia
 
And now we have Candy Necklace and perhaps we'll get another snippet before the release

Her pronunciation has always been questionable, remember when people thought she was saying « Jake is running bare feet » in BB when it was in fact « Chickens running bare feet »
